The staff was incredibly helpful and attended to our requests fast and efficiently! We had a couple minor issues and Daniel went above and beyond to accommodate us and fix the issues in the room. When our sink stopped draining due to a broken plug, he let us have access to the adjoining room for free while he got a maintenance man in to replace the sink fixtures. Then he allowed us to simply use both rooms the second night of our stay.

Sink plug was broken, bathroom very tight to the point you could practically drink out of the sink while sitting on the toilet. Haha. Toilet in adjoining room we were given was clogged before we even used it but thankfully owner got a person in there to unplug it. It still struggled to flush quickly even after being unclogged.

I have stayed here before a few years ago and I have always wanted to go back . I made it back this year and as usual Danny was wonderful. Anything you need any time he is right there. The room was very very clean and perfect for me and my daughters. I'm very fussy about public pools but the pool at Pink Champagne was nice and clean. My only complaint would be about the weather. As far as the motel and the staff I definitely recommend staying there and I will be back again!!!!

It's just a little far from the piers .

Very friendly staff. A great location at one end of the boardwalk with a wonderful ice cream shop right across the street. Wonderful pool to hang out in every day. Brand new comfy bed with nice sheets & overall a decent price.

Water temperature/pressure is always a challenge. Towels aren't the softest or cleanest (stains, not dirt). Bed frame seemed to be damaged (could possibly break). Smart TV remotes were hidden away in a drawer we didn't find until the day we left. Wifi didn't work on my phone for some reason (although the staff was willing to share a different connection!)

Front desk guy was amazing. He was extremely nice and helped me with my luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. All areas of this hotel was clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave that worked. Linen was clean, floors were clean, bathroom was clean.

The parking area is extremely tight. The bathroom is extremely small. I didn't like how the air conditioners leaked all over the entrance of your room, if there's nothing to catch it.

I liked how it was very accessible to the boardwalk, Dan in the front desk is absolute sweetheart and pleasantly accommodated some of our requests when we checked in and out the motel. I would like to stay here again next time. I would recommend this to other visitors aswell.

The only thing is the bed and the bed frame didnt matched as we were inside the room. Otherwise, everything is perfectly clean. Plenty of supplies are in the batheroom.

It was very clean, and I like that the kitchen utensils, refrigerator, AC everything was working very well.

My son and I arrived late, because we had problems with the car. The guy that cleans the pool received us and he started asking us questions like”did you know that you were going to arrive late? Did you take the Garden State? I found his questioning very odd and intrusive. I think that some people should concentrate on their duties and stop on getting in other people’s businesses. An experience that I did not appreciate.

I loved the location and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The other guest were also very nice. The room was spacious as well.

The bathroom in the room was so cute because it was on the small size. Very clean and overall was nice, the only thing was that we thought the door to the bathroom was a closet. The door also needed to be open to move from the toilet to the shower and when using the sink you were half in half out. It worked out well since it was just the 2 of us. The parking was tight and limited.

It was a block from the boardwalk, in front of the Wildwood sign. Staff were amazing and friendly. A nice sun deck to sit out on to eat, people watch, or just relax. There is also a gas grill if you decided to grill. Pool was a nice size and clean. Overall enjoyed our stay. Thank You.

Bathroom is super small but offer the basic needs of a bathroom.

AC was absolutely perfect, could adjust as needed! the room was super cute, very comfortable for my boyfriend and i. the view was pretty decent, the owner of this motel was absolutely amazing, very accommodating and very friendly.

the parking was extremely tight, the locks were a little difficult and had jiggle to mess with it. the water pressure in the shower isn’t strong but still very nice.

I've been going to the motel for 40 years and the new owner(s) are great. Daniel made you feel like he knew you for as long as the motel has been there. Very accommodating and genuinely intersted in your thoughts. The housekeeping staff supervisor is wonder woman. You will see her running around all day and every single time will ask you if everything is OK or if you need anything. So nice and friendly and went above and beyond! The upgrades that are being done look great. For an affordable, family oriented convenient shore motel I highly recommend.

For an honest review, the bathroom is small but the bathrooms have been small for 40 years, i can see why it would be difficult to make them larger. They have been redone to make them look more modern and upgraded the shower head which was a welcome change.
