The lady at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately, forget, was extremely friendly and personable. She explained everything very well, walked us to our room, and even made sure that the anniversary flowers I ordered ahead of time were in our room. She gave a great first Impression. The room was clean, cozy with a nice refrigerator and freezer microwave, countertop sink everything. The fireplace made it perfect. Being able to order off of a menu and have that included in the price was awesome for breakfast. Great coffee! We will be back for sure.
They’re honestly wasn’t anything not to like!

I appreciated the attitude of the personnel. The owner's and their daughter were just exceptional. Renée and Monick were as well very helpful and easy to talk to when I needed them. Also appreciated the kitchen staff. Excellent breakfast, much better quality than a lot of other hotels with 4 or 5 stars. Thank you all for a wonderful stay with you. P.S. I forgot to mention the man who greeted me when I arrived on a Tuesday , the only day he works there. Very helpful which is nice when you check in.
In the living room, the sofa needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable. Other than that everything was perfect.

Amazing architecture and beautiful art in a very quirky but comfortable hotel. The outside garden and the hot tub area are very beautiful and a place to relax from the big city of Albuquerque. Old town is a 5 min walk away. Now it was just an overnight stay on our way back home but I want to come back and stay longer. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, good shower. I loved the serving at the table breakfast with a good choice in breakfast plates. Staff was very kind and hospitable.
Our stay was too short to enjoy it fully but no complaints at all about the accommodation!

The room was spacious and clean. It is an aging facility, well kept. Great staff and wonderful hot tub setup!
The shower has pretty low pressure. The bed is way too soft for my taste and my back struggled but that may be a personal taste thing. Also the sofa and chairs could use to be replaced or re-cushioned as they are quite worn and you sit way down near the ground. The breakfast was ok depending on who cooked it. The first morning as a vegetarian I asked for no meat and potatoes in the burrito. The cook basically left the burrito mostly empty. The last day the cook understood how to make an egg/veggy/cheese burrito and it was much better.

Serene, spa-like ambience with charming interiors and remarkable displays of NM art, antiques, and architecture. Having lived in NM for many years I’m used to the “ Pueblo kitsch” style sadly employed in many tourist areas. Casa de Suenos’ beautiful interiors reminds us of how beautiful, brilliant, and inspiring NM’s Native and Hispanic heritages can be in a homey and comforting environment. The staff were helpful and friendly. They immediately fixed one little issue we had with remarkable speed and dedication.
The bedrooms are quite small and there is little room for luggage.

A glorious pool and hot tub are the centerpiece of the charmingly landscaped park line interior of Casa Suenos. Breakfasts were worthy of a four-star hotel if not better tha the staff were helpful and oh so kind. Why I didn't give a higher rating is that we stayed in one of the older units with four small rooms. Our bathroom was sub-par, but I know from talking to others that all rooms are being upgraded with modern-sized facilities.
See above, the bathroom.

Relaxing atmosphere / friendly owners and staff. Other guests were all very friendly, and it felt like a home away from home. Definitely met our expectations, Pictures don't reflect the peace and tranquility felt during your stay, especially in the amazing hot tub. My husband and I had the whole area to ourselves , and we picked the perfect time to go The breakfast was freshly chef made to order from the menu offered to go along with the other items
Only 2 thing to be honest. mosquito repellant is a must bring, as it's so beautiful , Well worth the bites Maybe offer hashbrowns with the omelets,

Traditional little Casita. Location is incredible for the Old Town. It's a self contained little place with everything you need. Nice little outside area for you to enjoy but we didn't use it as it was rather chilly. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was traditional and absolutely delicious!!!
The bed is very high - I am tall so if you are little you may struggle. Also our heating turned down early in the morning and it would not get warm again. Small things. Don't let it sway you though! It's lovely.

Location was excellent for walking to historic district. The included breakfast was very good and everything was made to order and room had a working fireplace. Loved the atmosphere-quiet with garden and hot tub. Also, good if you want to experience a Southwestern style of living. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again. The room was more of a suite with a kitchen ( a surprise), separate bedroom and living area.
Some repairs needed in breakfast room (plaster coming off one wall) but wasn’t bad enough to spoil experience. Didn’t stay long enough.

Perfect location to walk to Old Town and quite a few restaurants. Breakfast was excellent- made to order and great choices. Separate bedroom with door and large closet inside. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful living room (but disrupted by our use of the sofa bed since we were 4). Kitchen really cute with full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The courtyard of the property was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Everything very clean.
Bathroom was off the bedroom so kids using the sofabed had to traipse through bedroom to use it. Sofabed air mattress had slow leak. Although not a problem for us (as we weren't planning to cook), but important to know that kitchen had no pots, utensils or silverware despite the nice stove and fridge.
