We paid for a premium king room. I honestly didn't know what it meant, but I found out later it includes lots of snacks for the room. Somehow, that didn't go through on th hotels' end, but as soon as they realized the error, they were quick to make it right. The bartender in the lounge was absolutely awesome! She not only helped us with mixup on the room but also helped facilitate a really amazing dinner at an amazing restaurant in the neighborhood. She even made the reservation reservation for us! The hotel also gives a cocktail hour, which includes two cocktails per person. In the morning, they have delicious omelets made to your liking and a whole lot of other choices. Needless to say, we will be back very soon.

We booked through Booking.com, and had to modify our reservation because of travel weather conditions. Although I had printed out the confirmation, upon ou arrival, we discovered we did not have a reservation, Tim at the front desk was able to accommodate us and get us into the the exact rooms that we requested. Great job, he was very efficient.

Our room had no heat,, the thermostat was not working. We used the "chat bot" several times, through the front desk, to no avail. Around 11:00 PM, I responded to the front desk, and the clerk gave me a battery to put into the thermostat. Fixed the problem. Very easy solution to a very simple problem. I do not care for the automated system.

The breakfast was excellent and the facilities are very clean

I loved the room, decor, complimentary drinks, complimentary snacks in the king suite (except the waters), large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/ body wash/ lotion, and the breakfast. The front desk has complimentary infused waters and fruits. The couch in the king suite is a fold out.

The toilet tissue in the bathroom is too far behind you. Watch your back or arm when reaching for it. There's no ventilation in the bathroom. Each small water bottle in the fridge is $5. The parking fee is $15. Diamond member parking has more parking than handicap parking.

Staff were lovely and we had one of the nicest meals of our trip in the on site restaurant. Room was a good size, wifi was great and the style/decor and feel of the hotel was really enjoyable.

Breakfast was very busy and a long wait for the made to order station, it seemed they had a conference in the hotel and it was busier than usual. The lady working the station was doing her best, but it seemed they could have done with a second chef on that station The local area didn't feel safe to walk around - maybe that was just our perception, but we stuck mainly to the hotel and/or Uber to go outside

Really comfortable beds, very clean rooms, and it felt very safe. The breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever had while staying at a hotel. Made right in front of you omelettes and other good food.

At first we were given the wrong room- not a huge deal as the front desk fixed it as soon as we made them aware. We also weren't told about their free hang out/social thing they do in the evenings with free drinks and snacks. We arrived too late to participate. But if we had known about it by info on our booking site we would have tried to arrive sooner.

Everything was wonderful and I will be staying there every time I stay in Albuquerque.

The one thing or two that I didn't like was when we were in the pool during the afternoon, the sun was shining right in your face and eyes. There needs to be window shades to help with the glare in your eyes. And the pool shower was broken.......but either than that we had a wonderful stay.

We received complimentary drinks and healthy snack. We had a dinner at restaurant food was good. The room was clean bed soft and comfy. Walked into room and the TV screen welcome us with our name. They had a very good breakfast.

My room was next to highway and it kept me up most of the night. I should of asked but didnt ask when booking no room near highway. It was loud.

My family loves staying here. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great! There is a bar available until 10:00 PM.

The only bummer is they say breakfast is served until 11 AM, but check the hours for the buffet in the eating area. There are different times for certain days of the week. My family and other people showed up for breakfast at about 10:25 AM. on a Sunday, but we barely made it! I felt bad for the other families showing up expecting to eat before 11, but they couldn't. I suggest getting to the buffet by 10:00 AM.

Very clean and nice up to date

We have 3 kids and they were playing making jokes laughing and someone complained about noise which was ridiculous because they werent even jumping or being loud it was due to a very old couple being next to us and we were told to keep it down like some of us are out there on vacation not just business and levels of the kids was respectful we do not let them jump around or be loud being in the top floor
