I have always liked the staff and the size of the rooms here however my last stay the staff was completely out of line and in fact had my reservation been refundable I would have immeditely left that hotel.

The check in staff was an absolute joke. She was rude as hell and in fact worked to make things harder for me. Fortunately, I was able to solve my issue with no problems any further from the staff. The other issue was that once i got to my room the king size bed was broken. And i do mean broken. If it hadn't been for the fact that my reservation was nonrefundable I would have immediately left that hotel. I believe it was all due to the interaction with that front desk staff member who clearly wasn't having a very good day and because of her little power trip decided to make my stay the most uncomfortable she could manage.

The breakfast is great. Kids loved the waffles. The pool and hot tub, very nice. Spacious and tidy area. The size of the room was quite comfortable for our party of two adults and two kids and we loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. I also loved the pet friendly policy, and the rate was just $25 per stay for my small dog. That being said, the carpeting in the hallway was looking like some people just let their dogs go in the hall rather than taking them outside. However, housekeeping does a great job treating the spots for odors because I didn't notice any. So, to be fair, I guess the spots could be from careless humans spilling things. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The area is surrounded by medical offices. So pretty much vacant on evenings and weekends. There seems to be evidence of homeless presence nearby, in the way of trash and what looked to be a "tent camper" in an adjacent parking lot.

Breakfast was alright for the most part, just your typical motel breakfast for the most part. The pool looked really nice and inviting but unfortunately couldn't find the time to swim. I enjoyed how peaceful the stay was for us while we were here.

Well the only couple things that come to mine were the fact that we got put into a room on the second floor without any real type of view, would've loved a room on the top floor over looking the city. The other thing that came to mind was the elevator by the door we had to come into ended up being out of service our last 2-3 days making it much more of a hassle to get to the room.

Where to start? Hmmm… Well, the location was amazing -everything was near. The view was amazing, we were glad that we got to see the downtown nights and during the mornings the beautiful sunshine’s. The hotel room was just perfect (for the price we paid it was beyond expectations) the beds were very comfortable, the pillows were okay, the bathroom was great and I loved that it had an extra sink outside the bathroom. The private patio was a great touch. The Morning breakfast were just great, I have had stayed in hotels where I’ve paid so much more and breakfast service cannot be compared not even slightly to the one that is being offered here. The staff very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had a great staying, no complaints at all!!

Staff responded to issues I had after check such as non-working lights, which a maintenance employee quickly resolved. Also, I was having issues with getting the hotel's wi-fi connected to my computer and went downstairs to the desk clerk and she resolved the problem so I had internet the entire stay. And housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily, removed trash and brought more towels, soap and shampoo. And the $100 deposit charged to my credit card along with the room was refunded after checkout as promised. Decided to stay an additional night to the original 4 to make it 5.

Nothing about the hotel itself. Parking spaces appear small and cramped. Also the hotel's location right off I-25 and Lomas Boulevard creates traffic congestion issues but that is resolved by driving around the block to reach destinations.

The Hotel was quiet. Convenient location for what I needed. The staff were mostly friendly. Some were very polite and professional. They had some snack options other than just a vending machine. There is a pool and hot tub. Free breakfast in the morning. Overall it was a good experience. The fluctuating prices were the only downer. But I had a very restful stay.

I didn't like the fluctuating prices. The tub in my room drained very slow. And one of the nights there was some yelling outside. But it was not on the property. The worst part was having to leave a hundred dollar deposit every time I made a reservation and the staff told me different things in regards to extending a reservation.

Breakfasts had something for everyone. Coffee was available throughout the day. Bed was very comfortable. I liked that the room opened from the hall with an opaque door so that the windows were along the back of the room and I could leave the windows open on my third floor room.

There are some repairs that need doing in this old building, but I think they are well worth doing. It is in a great location within walking distance of the University.

Bed was very comfortable, Got Room on 4th floor and it was so Quiet, close to the Cancer Center and University Hospital; Night clerk as superb, She went the extra mile to make everything a great experience. They need to hire more people like her.

The breakfast only had Toast or Waffles; Complained to the Manager and she said she would have full breakfast for the next morning

We liked the staff. Jamie was outstanding and took care of us after a car alarm went off for 2 solid hours starting at 2:00 am. Staff/maids were very friendly also.

Breakfast. gravy tasted old and biscuits were always hard. having biscuits and gravy 90% of the time for breakfast is gross. Change it up.

Convenience to the hospital as we were there for a medical reason when we arrived I was not impressed with our first room. I voiced my concern with the front desk. They immediately accommodated me very nicely

I can't say that there was anything that I disliked. I guess if I had to say one thing It would have to be the fact that the vending machines are credit card only. That's kind of inconvenient
