Check-in was simple, and the staff was such a joy to interact with. The same applies to the Apothecary Lounge on the rooftop, as everything and everyone there was absolutely phenomenal! Quinn did an incredible job with recommendations and he's a superb mixologist. The room was amazing and had a great view. All the amenities in the room met all my expectations, especially the bed as it was super comfy. The products for hygiene and care were also top notch!

The Jacuzzi was closed, which is one of the main reasons I booked the room. I'd recommend calling the property first, to ensure that amenity is available. There was also an issue with my TV, as it was not allowing me to select a channel, but it was such a minor issue it didn't affect my stay.

As close to a 2MM mile flier, I’ve stayed in MANY close-to-the-airport hotels. This place was surprisingly charming. Everyone was quite friendly. Nice roof-top bar, which seemed like a local date-night spot, but un-rowdy crowd. Outdoor areas you might actually want to sit in - which I did after a three hour drive. Good blackout shades. Better than average furnishings & towels were soft. “Included breakfast”, which I usually skip, was a nice buffet with fresh fruit & actually pretty good coffee.

We traveled for a quick getaway from Texas! We liked the location and access to the freeway and airport. They had free breakfast daily and the options provided were pretty good. We liked the coziness of our room which was located in the doctors quarters (Hotel used to be a hospital). It was clean, smelled nice, beautiful grounds, and scolding hot water (huge bonus).

We were impartial to the location of the room as it was located outside and around the corner of the main hotel. But enjoyed the landscaping. The floors creaked and made noise every step we took which was a drag in the middle of the night, kinda spooky. The rooftop bar was a lovely area for happy hour but the staff were not very nice and frankly rude. We wanted to watch the sunset but was told that there was an hour and a half wait for a seat. But we just wanted to stand outside for a few minutes and was rejected.

Probably one of the best hotels I have been, clean, amazing venue, amazing staff. Very good position, close to the highway, but silent. The staff ready to to help you with all they can. Very good rooftop bar, with great food and cocktails.

Not hotel fault, but if traveling for work it is difficult to have the receipt. I was able to solve thanks to the amazing staff, but the hotel cannot release the receipt, and booking is helpless on that, they will do nothing, when they should be the one releasing it.

The hotel is near downtown and easy access from I-25. The staff are friendly and I appreciate that the first floor needs a card key to access the hallway to the rooms located on the first floor.

The breakfast bar didn't have a great selection. It was a nice setting but the food was a small selection. I was hoping for eggs bacon hash browns etc.. or anything that could be expected as a hot breakfast. There was only a small egg like muffin and a pastry with fruits.

Hotel Parq Central is a GEM! A wonderful & out-of-the-ordinary property. Lots of charm. Not “sterile” like the national hotel brands. Lots of attention to detail, with lots of gathering spots and conversation groupings. A hot breakfast served in a roomy parlor with fresh selections - made right on property. A lovely courtyard that invites you to stay & relax. A rooftop bar & lounge with indoor & outdoor dining. The staff were attentive, service-oriented, and aimed to please. We travel a lot & this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in years. Bravo Hotel Parq!

That we couldn’t stay longer. This

The retro vibe of the hotel is awesome. We really liked that our room was like a little casita with a tiny living room, bathroom, and bedroom with its own door for privacy. The coffee/tea bar was great as well. Free WiFi as well!

The counter where the TV was in the living room was extremely dirty and had rings from multiple beverages. The breakfast in the morning was a lot smaller than we had anticipated. The air conditioner in our room didn’t seem to be working and it got a little warm at night while sleeping.

I wasn't expecting the hot tub but noticed steam rising behind an adobe wall in the lovely courtyard outside my room window Sure enough I had a lovely early morning soak! The rooftop lounge was also delightful. I sat outside for awhile next to a heater in the cold evening, then moved inside to the bar where I had fun conversation with the bartenders. I also loved the history in framed photos throughout the hotel.

We have stayed here many times and really enjoy the beautiful atmosphere and amenities such as the morning coffee served on each floor, the rooftop lounge and the incredible breakfast.

The blinds in the bathroom were in a worn state and wouldn’t stay in the groove when lowered. Definitely needs replacing. The blind in the bedroom showed signs of wear, too. We asked to check in early this time. We needed to get ready to go to an event, but had to pay a $35 extra fee. Was a little surprised by this.

A very clean and polished hotel ala Ritz Carlton. The ground floor had a couple of areas for people to sit and relax. The patio area off the breakfast room was landscaped beautifully. A very nice breakfast with actually tasty pastries. Also, a great roof bar and patio area with great sunset views.

The standard King room is a bit tight and I'd recommend selecting a larger version or a suite. The bathroom, however, was generous in size. Pigeons in the
