The hotel was very comfortable and we felt very safe. The parking lot was super well-lit compared to other hotels in the area, and guests needed a keycard to enter at night. A bit far from restaurants, etc. but it was perfect enough for our purposes. We had an issue with the A/C in our first room, and the staff was great and helped get us a new room right away!

Nothing, this hotel was perfect for us just passing through ABQ with our dogs. Like I mentioned earlier, we did have an issue with our first room being incredibly hot, but the hotel staff made it right immediately!

I loved the staff complementary waters as soon. As I hit the door even though booking.com over booked them they promptly defused the situation by communicating the issue recommending a hot tub soak breakfast info and nearby eateries I wanted beef blackangus steak house ate came back room was spotless smelled good gated parking and to top it off at the end of the night Stephen shot me a offer I couldn't refuse I'm a member and I got to spin the WHEEL WOOOOOOOOOOO

I didn't like the fact that booking.com almost shafted me twice

The suite we stayed in was spacious and we were all able to have our own spaces. Each of our boys got their own bed. When traveling it's hard for them to share a bed so the fact they got one all to themselves was awesome. All the amenities for the price we paid was such a great deal. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again when we're traveling through.

Maybe that there were no pool towels when my boys went swimming but that was such a minor inconvenience. The sofa bed needs a new mattress.

Super friendly folks during check in and out. Explained the Uber process after we found out there was no airport shuttle.

If you're going to put Airport in your hotel name, you better offer a shuttle. I didn't think twice about making a reservation because I assumed an airport hotel would offer an airport shuttle. We were okay with Uber, but that should be upfront, where a guest has to check a box acknowledging they understand there was no shuttle. Or take Airport out of your name.

I was in town for Sessanta V.2 tour and booked this room as the location was fairly close to Isletta Amphitheater. The room was very nice, clean and bigger than expected. Check in was very easy with no issues. There was breakfast included with the room which is nice and makes things easier. Overall the facilities were nice and everything was clean. I would stay here again if i ever come back.

We didn't eat breakfast....the room was perfect, 100% clean, was very roomy and will stay there again in the future! Was very quiet, super clean, great location, staff was very helpful & needed directions, great staff, will stay again!!

The boiler was being worked on, so the shower was cold, but was told ahead of time...

I like how the location is near the airport, the staff are nice and the food was good.

We didn't like it when the pillow cases weren't changed. Even if the customers just stayed overnight. Please tell the housekeeping to always change pillow cases, sheets, and duvet covers.

Clean, spacious and convenient. Large one bedroom suite with sofa bed, a fireplace and a kitchen, the room was excellent for us. Great breakfast and the amenities were just right

Our corner room 133 had constant noise from the outside and from doors being slammed all morning long.

We liked how spacious the rooms were for us. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was good! Parking was easy and a lot of room.

The staff yelled at us because she stated that she told us to get out the pool but we didn't hear her. So we accidentally left the pool 20 mins after closing.

The manger was great, reported that I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. He reported that they just has sprayed and apologized and took money off the room rate. I did not ask for that however thought it was very nice and thoughtful!
