It was quite, well lit at night, and the staff were very nice! We had a 2 queen suite and the beds were so comfy. Clean bathrooms, plenty of Dove products available. Overall, I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast spread was nice, but to only have Turkey sausage as a meat available anywhere in the cafe, was a disappointment. No drinks available other than coffee, anything else had to be purchased for $3.00, No fruit, No waffles.

I needed to take my son to the airport at 4 a.m. and this hotel was 2 minutes away so that was perfect. The staff was friendly, the beds were cozy, the room was clean and spacious and the free breakfast was good quality and had variety.

We needed a third bed so we opted for a queen suite with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible! You could feel the springs right through the surface. My son woke up with indentations in his skin from the springs in the mattress!

I like the location that is close to airport and UNM. It’s very clean and the hot water is strong. Front desk lady is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a direction of UNM and helped an older customer to find coffee. The pumpkin cookies in the Hallway are yummy!

The room smells like heavy bleach. Shampoo stuff is Dove brand that smells like cheap perfume. The traffic and refrigerator made noises every couple minutes at night.

pet friendly hotel, with a small turf area. Rooms were spacious enough. breakfast was standard. Plenty of parking. Had guest laundry which came in super handy after a long time on the road.

wish the property was gated, and had electric car charging capability. pool is the bottom floor and open until late. So the elevator often had water on it and the entire floor leading to the pool area was constantly wet after hours, especially once house keeping was no longer in site during the daytime. They need to fix the printer issue with their business center, although the front desk was very helpful and offered to print what I needed after emailing it to them. It would've been nice just to have the system straight forward and printer working properly. I also wish they would update their water fountains to make it easier to refill reusable bottles.

It's almost excellent, as we enter the room,it smells good, sheets are clean, and the bathroom sink is wide, which is great. The Dove hand wash,body wash,shampoo, and lotion are all in there,which is excellent! The only thing is the floor. It wasn't map/cleaned, and the bathroom tub too. Breakfast food is good! The guy putting the food is very friendly.

The bathroom floor and the bathtub need to be scrubbed.

The desk, chair and lounge chair in the room improved amenity. The spacious of the bathroom. & ice down the hallway, The provision of breakfast and the good dinner recommendations. Plus the TV downstairs in the public lounge and dinning area - nice to have iv the rest of your family want to sleep!

The exterior & lobby are dated and don’t reflect the comfortable rooms.

good coffee and breakfast. Clean, well run good staff. I like you have the soaps and shampoos in reusable bottles on wall mounts and that you don't have to waste plastic to give out all the little bottles anymore. Good move! Appreciated.

other people who make noise coming and going later at night. Not your fault.

The room was just the right size. I enjoyed the coffee bar with the beans.

I felt it was a little pricey for the room, and not a secure parking. I was in Albuquerque because my daughter in law was taken there for complications in her pregnancy. And was in the hospital. I didn't get a discount for that.

The breakfast was great! Hot foods were very good! I like how they have variety everyday! Very pleased with breakfast.

I would only recommend for them to switch out the milk/chocolate milk out more often, some of them tasted rancid since they were close to expiring & some were actually expired

We left too early to enjoy the breakfast. We left the hotel at 5:30 am

The first room had a shared door with the other guests trying to open the door. They had small children. I requested another room and the front desk accommodated us with another room down the hall. Much better.
