Great location, both for the airport and other destinations in Albuquerque. Very clean and spacious room, full of all the needed amenities. Good breakfast, even if a bit limited to classic American hotel options.

The most bothering thing has been that every night I had to reactivate the key card for the room. For some reason, it was deactivating every day (not losing the programming because it was still working with the pool door, for example, but not with the bedroom, almost like I was overstaying). The room I had had a door to a communicating room. This is usually amazing when traveling with larger groups, but the noise insulation of the door was non-existent, and it was like having the other people in the room with me.

The location is very close to the airport and their shuttles are offered free of charge and accommodates your arrival and departure times. Rooms are clean and spacious and honestly better than higher end hotels. You get your own couch, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. At breakfast, you can make your own waffles! There’s scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, etc.

I ended up waiting a long time for the shuttle because someone at the airport gave me wrong instructions. But the hotel staff felt so sorry about me waiting that they came right away to get me and checked me in without having to wait in line. They did everything they can to ensure I had a good stay with them.

The whole entire hotel was nicely decorated every floor had lights going around the top of the hallway the lobby was just completely magical the way that it was decorated it made me feel very comfortable welcomed and warming to be there. All of the staff was so nice always greeting me going in or out or just as I was eating breakfast asking me how everything was like it was great I don’t think I could top this experience because I haven’t had one like this maybe not ever

The young woman checking in guests was alone during a very busy evening, and she did an excellent job efficiently and professionally. The King bed room was very comfortable and spacious. The shower water pressure was very strong, which my husband liked, though it was much too strong for me. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast wasn’t great, but as expected for a big chain hotel. The waffle station was a nice offering and we appreciated the coffee available all day. The fridge wasn’t cold or have a freezer section, and it didn’t seem to have a control to make it colder.

My husband and I were there before an operation he had, and I stayed a couple of additional nights while he was recovering The staff were very accommodating as I was dealing with uncertainties about when he would be released, and were always very kind and professional. The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the hospital where my husband was and to the airport where we picked up my sisters who came in to be with me during the surgery.

We were given a handicap room, didn't realize that's what I booked. Staff accommodated us by moving to another room because the room was adjoining and the people next door were loud.. Beds and pillows were comfy, the room itself was very homey and inviting, extremely clean!! The cleanest rooms we've ever stayed at!!

We didn't like that our room was adjoined. The view from our window was a construction site but that'll change once they're done.

Location is convenient to I-25 and near the airport. Felt adequately safe by Albuquerque standards. All the staff were efficient, pleasant, and responsive. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. Towels and sheets were very clean and plentiful. My room had a fantastic view of downtown, and the beautiful sunsets of New Mexico; request a room on the west side of the hotel. The coffee was always available. At breakfast, fresh milk and half&half was available as well as butter and cream cheese for toast and bagels. Good selection of breads.

The breakfast was the same food every day. No variety. Fruit was not fresh. Eggs were often cold. The bacon was not drained before placing in serving pan; there was fat drippings pooled at the bottom. The pool and spa were not acceptably clean.

Friendliest and most accommodating front desk service I have ever experienced! I was provided complimentary shuttle service to the airport at 5:30 am. Coffee available 24- hours. This is a very well managed property.

For some reason, the cold water in the bathroom never got cold, so not the best for drinking. However, cold water was always available in the lobby round the clock.

Huge room. Furniture was useful and the layout was good. Sheets were good. Bed was comfortable (but to tall - 3.5 feet). USB ports. Big bathroom. Quiet. Nice couch for sitting in the room, with a knee wall between the beds and couch - nice touch. Really considerate.

Bed was too tall for me - 3.5 feet. I’m short and I had to pull myself up into the bed. The drive in was confusing… I drove through the airport parking garage which felt odd and a waste of miles and time.

It was nicely styled. very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great shower with a nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very friendly. Perfect for a one night stay.

The cutlery at breakfast was plastic knives and forks.. I don't think i've ever been to a hotel that doesn't have proper cutlery. We had to wait to go to our room at check-in as their was an incident on our level and they were waiting for police. However the staff were nice and seemed to care about our safety. they offered a free beverage while we waited.
