Excellent hotel. Large quiet room with safe and good wifi Airport shuttle on the way to the airport. From the airport to the hotel you have to call. They sent an email asking for a flight number for arrival the next day. A flaw but the hotel is great Highlight for breakfast. Great. Much healthier than the normal breakfast in American hotels. Like fresh natural yogurt and a delicious seasoned omelet

We love this hotel and stay there whenever we head to Albuquerque. Staff is wonderful and this time we got a free upgrade to a suite. All the rooms are wonderful and the best breakfast of any place I have stayed when traveling.

It has gotten a bit pricey over the years for the same stay and I just hope it doesn't become unaffordable for us. The location does not have a lot of places to eat nearby (that are in safe neighborhoods) so that makes it challenging.

Easy to navigate. Super clean and very close to airport for those early morning flights. The room was spacious with a small kitchenette. This would be great for a week in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe area when visiting. Really spacious one bed.

There really was not a bad thing to report. And I am pretty picky.

My family enjoyed the breakfast and the lay out of dinner area was very good and more space. The place in a good location.

The only thing about my stay was the remote control for the TV. They have a remote that is solar operated and USB-C plug. It kept dying out and we even plugged in all day and it still dies out.

Very nice and clean. You did not inform me about a $50 deposit im case of damage to hotel. Because you are a third party, the deposit is credited back to me by Book. com. please credit the deposit back to me.

It was being reroofed/remodeled and lots of nails were falling on sidewalk or street.

Love the size of the room and this place has the best breakfast of any Hotel I have ever stayed at. They were very accommodating of my requests because of our dog and even had a goodie bag of treats for her!

They are doing some upgrades which is nice but there were 3 or 4 dumpsters and stuff right in the front parking lot, Made it hard to get around. I'm sure this is just temporary though.

Room suite was great, customer service was excellent, the breakfast was great.

The price was a little high, and we had to ask for more towels, but that was okay.

The breakfast had lots of choices. Only complaint, it could have been kept warmer. Maybe add a microwave

Breakfast choices could have been better. The noise from the heater turning on and off in our room was loud and annoying

The front desk ladies are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are awesome. There are plenty of options for breakfast. I loved the egg whites.
