The room was very stylish and very clean. It was a very nice room. The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again

The hot water would go in and out sometimes. My nephew and I stayed there for four days. Oh and my key never worked at the pool

My room was close to the office, I felt safe.. and I didn't have to drag my luggage upstairs. I had the bottom floor.. that was a plus for me.

The room smelled and next door renters were a bit loud. Slamming door and talking loud

We had series of unfortunate events, the owners and staff went above, and beyond to fix all the issues. They handled the events with love and compassion.They never got mad and came from a place of empathy. The room was nice and comfortable with a big bed. I will stay here again

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and kept me filled until lunch. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was meticulously clean.

The location was a little hard to find if a person is unfamiliar with Albuquerque and exits. I missed the exit and had to find my way back. I should have called ahead and gotten more specific instructions.

everything went well. nothing to complain about. nice location. room was clean. I can't think of anything else to say. No, I really can't. Am I done now? it was cold that morning. but it got warmer during the day.

well, you can always think of something, like they could have brought a newspaper in the morning, or there could be more coffee, or the air conditioner could have been quieter, and so on. but that would be silly to ask for, really.

The ease of arriving at the hotel was excellent. Especially when you land about 1:30am. Check in was easy and there was an elevator for my tired body.

The night clerk could use a little more training. Did not say his name at all when I called to let them know my flight was delayed and also no thank you for calling or a simple goodbye.

sheets seems to have foot prints like from a boot and one pillow case also. wall paper in t bathroom had what looked like (boogies) on it and needed wiped down also floor was sandy.

Clean and efficient, with everything th as t you needed for the night.

The over sheet with the blanket. The sheet was wrinkled, and I felt that maybe the blanket was used before.

I was told when making the reservation tha I would be able to leave the car at the hotel during my trip. When arriving at the hotel the front desk told me NO. This created a hassle finding a parking location and shuttle to the airport as parking lots were either out of business or full without reservations. I had to cancel the taxi reservation for the pickup at 6am, drive to the available parking lot, find food and still be at the airport on time. I had personal plans on my arrival to Albuquerque which this late aleration in plans greatly affected. The web page for the hotel said no breakfast or shuttle which is not correct or misleading.
