They remodeled the office. It looked nice. I was able to get ground floor access and pull my car in front to unload.

There is a small patch of grass for dogs to use and nothing else. The elevator is on one end and I tried to get to a 3rd floor room, but it’s so far from where the carts are in the office and not very easy when you have to move a lot of things. I’m grateful I didn’t have to deal with the third floor. The rooms need updating.

The location was excellent. Booking was smooth. When I requested a room on an upper floor room I was quickly accommodated. The staff was kind and gracious. The shuttle was a tremendous convenience. The room and mattress were perfect. (This a a high traffic Sunport Albuquerque, NM airport inn.). Breakfast was simple and perfect, the cafe was clean and comfortable.

Given the tremendous business the inn handles, power washing the heavily used walk ways, especially at the ground floor level would be a good thing. (Everything else was excellent.)

Room and bed was comfortable, room was cleaned daily, beds made and towels replaced. Breakfast always good for a quick breakfast, coffee nice and hot! I’ve always liked this place because of its proximity to the airport and city.

Bathroom door hinges was loose and door knob was broken, microwave didn’t work.. I had to fix the bathroom door hinge myself and used rolled up paper to keep bathroom door shut. When I finally mentioned the microwave wasn’t working, they wanted to move us to a different room, couldn’t just give us another microwave!? One night a guest partied past midnight and no one complained. The noise got louder and room wall started vibrating, I walked outside and could hear the noise loudly, no one complained! I finally called the front office and they finally put a stop to it - no one “heard” the excessive noise!!!

This place was the old style Inn where the doors are accessed outside. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean and have very good linens. The price per night is appropriate. We tend to expect the new age room with larger space and higher ceilings. This place is not that, but it is fair based on the price. Breakfast included hot options and the location is so close to several restaurants that are walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location worked for my needs. Price was affordable.

It was very crowded the first night. That when I returned after some time around town, I had to park farther away than I liked Staff had a hard time keeping up with breakfast in the morning.

Our check in clerk was great! Also, the gal serving in the breakfast center was happy & kind!

They were so short staffed probably making it very stressful for them. Yet, in the midst of all that, these 2 employees remained positive, kind, & professional. They should be up for a raise!!

The breakfast was adequate. The bed was very comfortable . The room was very clean. The room was very accessible.

The toilet was very slow to flush and the bathroom sink did not have hot water.

The staff is very polite and professional. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean!

The bathroom could use an update the shower and tub was outdated and the water pressure for the toilet was weak!

The room was cozy. The blinds made it so dark. Air conditioning works well

The location outside isn’t very good but that’s not really the hotels fault

The location was perfect for us.

I understand that the facility isn’t brand new but the room smelled stale and there was mold on the bathroom wall. It seems that the carpet needed to be shampooed.
