The customer service staff were generally nice especially the guy at the front desk Justin. We took two rooms and they were quite spacious. The amenities in the rooms were adequate at the basic level

One of the rooms was quite damp, but the hotel staff assisted in ventilating the room to make it suitable for stay. Check-in was a little tacky but that must have been due to full occupancy the previous night. The in-house restaurant had limited options and no eateries within walkable distance, and yet again the hotel shuttle service was on hand for short distances.

I was totally amazed at how efficient our waitress was!! She was working the restaurant by herself and was kicking it!! This girl deserves a raise and appreciation shown to her for her hard work and dedication!! I believe her name was Erica!!??

There was black stuff around the drain in the shower and we had get maintenance to clean it before we could shower and it was around 9:30 pm. after spending all day flying home and we were exhausted. My husband was only 2 days out of the hospital in Rochester, MN for open heart surgery. Then after showering the water ran to the center of the bathroom creating a slipping hazard. Thankfully I was the one who slipped and not my husband 🙃 🙂

Beds were comfortable, the staff were very kind and the view was really cool looking over the airport. My kids loved it. The room was large and had a great shower. I really enjoyed the 70's simplistic style with a modern touch.

It kinda seemed like the room was one that hadn't rented in a while. There was dust and the mirrors were streaky a light bulb was burnt out and there was a lot of little debris swept under the side of the beds and behind the center table. I completely understand when it was a room acceptable for pets so. It was great tho!

I liked that the rooms were comfortable and clean. They had all the amenities (coffee maker, plenty of towels, Wi-Fi, shower am amenities). It felt like home :)

I was disappointed just a little that my first room the tv and landline was not working, but they did move me into a room that had a working TV. Not that its important but I like to have a little noise.

Really conveniently located, right at the airport. It was great that they had a restaurant and bar right at the property. The room was very comfortable but i could hear the guest next door all night. It made it difficult to sleep. The parking cost $11.00. The hotel room was quite a bit more expensive than other hotels around the airport so really unnecessary to charge guests for parking.

I had a very early morning flight out of ABQ and was coming from Santa Fe; I didn’t want to have to wake up in the middle of the night to get ready, drive the hour it takes to get to Albuquerque, refuel and return the car, so I decided to spend the night at the Sheraton. I was given a very nice and spacious room on an upper floor with many amenities. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. The shuttle functions very well and they’ll even pick you up at the car rental facility, which saves time!

Some of the hardware on the furniture is falling apart and is in need of refurbishment.

The room was quiet, air was fresh and cool, very good quality facilities, and excellent staff. Since my last stay I noted two changes that I liked, flexibility in check in time and no charges for internet. Proximity to the airport was my reason for staying there knowing it was a very good hotel and could meet my travel needs without a rental car.

There are never enough reliable electrical plugs for all the devices today. All the wall plugs were taken and the plugs in the lamp bases were too loose to make contact without lots of fiddling around, if at all. These should be replaced. The toilet was a "rocker" where the base was not sound and moved when a load was applied. It also did not stop running with a slow water flow. These are minor but are the differences between excellent and very good. Price was on the high side, so will be a consideration in the future trading against other hotels near by and charges for another day with the rental car.

The pool was nice and clean although I was surprised that there were no towels in the pool area like there are at most hotels

I tried to get some food when I arrived but there was no staff in the restaurant or bar areas and there was no food in the market area. Only some sodas and chips. I would recommend keeping some veggies, fruit and sandwiches in the cooler

Convenience to airport is great. Restaurant had good variety. Bed was comfortable.

I would have contacted the front desk about there being NO shampoo or conditioner in the bottles, but I was already in the shower at 4:00am for an early flight and didn't want to get out! I will check for these amenities before retiring in the future.

Basically everything went well. It was very close to the airport and convenient to local restaurants. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful.

The bathroom only had one hand towel and no wash cloths. I heard other people complaining about this in the lobby as well. I was traveling by myself so that had less impact on me than other’s traveling with a Spouse.
