Clean property with shade and landscaping. Staff was happy to fulfill our request for an upstairs room away from the busy street. Convenient location to airport, Isleta Amphitheater, and UNM.

Room was smaller than expected - would have been fine traveling solo, not so much when traveling with partner. Not much around the neighborhood as far as walking-distance dining or entertainment.

The room was clean and comfortable. I thought since it was close to the airport it would be noisy but it wasn’t in fact it was quiet.

The front desk person was not very friendly. There was no eye contact. I thought there was complimentary breakfast but it was a Starbucks vendor in the lobby. I chose the place for the pool, which was disappointing. The hot tub was low of water and the pool Area did not look very well kept.

They picked me up at car rental return and then shuttled us to airport the next morning! Also gave us a FABULOUS referral to a local restaurant with wonderful food! Staff was exceptionally helpful!

Need breakfast! Also we HATE STARBUCKS coffee… and that is their only option!

Location nice, plenty of parking, just bring your things in and lock your car and you’ll be fine!

I was under the impression that there would be breakfast but other than the bistro that you have to pay for there wasnt

The space was large enough to park, the place was quit.

The elevators were dirty need more cleaning there were no cups available for the cold water dispenser, to coffee in the morning and no one mentioned anything about the restaurant during the check in.

The staff very friendly and helpful. My room and surroundings quiet so l was pleased. This is the first Marriot that l stayed that did not offer free complimentary breakfast. Only coffee ☕️

Free continental breakfast would have been nice.

Everything was nice. The room was clean when we walked in. All the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately, we had a room with a king and sofa bed because everything else was sold out, so we had to use the sofa bed, which was so uncomfortablebut other than that, it was a great stay.

Value location and room

Yolanda at the front desk was extremely rude when I approached in the morning to try to extend my stay. Yolanda told me to get out of the way while I was standing in line and shouted at me unnecessary and in my opinion unprofessional. I have always paid good money to stay here and never felt mistreated like this before. When I ask for a supervisor Yolanda was rude and I will certainly think about staying here again.

Great location, friendly staff, good price for an airport location, easy check out, close parking to the room.

There was no hot water due to construction. However to compensate they gave me additional Bonvoy points.
