Location, cleanliness, airport shuttle service.

No negative comments.

Clean property with shade and landscaping. Staff was happy to fulfill our request for an upstairs room away from the busy street. Convenient location to airport, Isleta Amphitheater, and UNM.

Room was smaller than expected - would have been fine traveling solo, not so much when traveling with partner. Not much around the neighborhood as far as walking-distance dining or entertainment.

The room was clean and comfortable. I thought since it was close to the airport it would be noisy but it wasn’t in fact it was quiet.

The front desk person was not very friendly. There was no eye contact. I thought there was complimentary breakfast but it was a Starbucks vendor in the lobby. I chose the place for the pool, which was disappointing. The hot tub was low of water and the pool Area did not look very well kept.

Location nice, plenty of parking, just bring your things in and lock your car and you’ll be fine!

I was under the impression that there would be breakfast but other than the bistro that you have to pay for there wasnt

Value location and room

Yolanda at the front desk was extremely rude when I approached in the morning to try to extend my stay. Yolanda told me to get out of the way while I was standing in line and shouted at me unnecessary and in my opinion unprofessional. I have always paid good money to stay here and never felt mistreated like this before. When I ask for a supervisor Yolanda was rude and I will certainly think about staying here again.

The space was large enough to park, the place was quit.

The elevators were dirty need more cleaning there were no cups available for the cold water dispenser, to coffee in the morning and no one mentioned anything about the restaurant during the check in.

The staff very friendly and helpful. My room and surroundings quiet so l was pleased. This is the first Marriot that l stayed that did not offer free complimentary breakfast. Only coffee ☕️

Free continental breakfast would have been nice.

Everything was nice. The room was clean when we walked in. All the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately, we had a room with a king and sofa bed because everything else was sold out, so we had to use the sofa bed, which was so uncomfortablebut other than that, it was a great stay.

When I booked the room I paid the extra because it said breakfast was included, but when I went to get breakfast they told me no and they wanted me to pay more for breakfast. All information needs to be updated in all areas.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The room was spacious and I loved the quality of the TV.

The staff could have done alot better job paying attention to the guest. The desk clerk was doing paperwork at the time of our check In and our check out. It seemed like a burden to them to have to stop to take care of the guest. If this is the case then you may want to get someone in the back to do the paper work so they can care for the guest needs.
