This property earned a new respect of Baymont from me. After a bad experience at a New England property many years ago I’ve avoided them. While close to I-25 and the airport this property is quiet and a few blocks off the major streets near a neighborhood. Parking lot well lit. Staff friendly.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel and parking very safe and very clean. It was also quick to get to and reasonably priced. The only thing I’d say is food. The breakfast choices are good, but standard, and Burger King and Starbucks the only walkable options for other meals. Still, if you are prepared for this, it is otherwise an excellent option.

Very clean and comfy. Great location, no homeless or druggies nearby. Very quiet. Slept well. Breakfast was wonderful

Walls are evidently pretty thin. Could hear a man talking on a phone or video call at 1130. Lasted about 30 minutes. Wasn't loud but could almost hear every word. Glad i was on the third floor..that was only problem so no bigger.

The best aspects were your staff, Randy and Eduardo. Both were very efficient and professional. I interacted more with Eduardo, who checked me in. I was particularly impressed by how he handled a couple who couldn't understand why the hotel would pay for an Uber to the airport if the van driver had gone home for the day.

I couldn't figure out a way to control the AC, and the breakfast had too much sugar & white flour for my taste. But I understand that this may be what your demographic desires.

The breakfast was better than most other hotels I've stayed at. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was so clean and well kept, which is very important to me. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and they helped me feel at ease with both checking in and out. The location makes it easy to access other parts of the city quickly. For being $10 cheaper than some other hotels in the area, the quality did not suffer in the slightest.

The shower was a bit slippery, maybe a bath mat might help? Otherwise, not really anything to complain about.

The room was nice, it felt safe, it was close to the airport, and the suite was comfortable for my group of 4-5 people.

We had two people who had early flights (6:00 am) out. The website says they have a free airport shuttle. It does not say they do not accommodate early flights. The shuttle was a major reason we picked this hotel. It was difficult to find a cab or Uber driver during the Balloon Fiesta. Luckily, we kept trying and found a driver (late the night before departure) who charged $40 for an 8 minute drive. It just seems that a shuttle should be available for all flights, or at least make it clear what the hours are; we could have scheduled our flights at a different time. It added a great deal of stress to the end of our trip.

The staff onsite was excellent - very friendly. The room was decent but expensive. I assume the price is higher during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. They always had chocolate chip cookies waiting for us at the end of the days! Amazing what a difference warm cookies can make!

I was told by the staff when I called in to double-check our reservations a few days before we were to travel that they couldn't find our reservations. When I told them I booked through Booking.com, they said they could not see any reservations made through Booking.com. I could not find a phone number to contact Booking.com and so sent a message online through Booking.com's help email. I never heard back from them. I ended up calling Wyndam who was able to see my reservation numbers for Baymont. I was basically praying on our way there that we would have the rooms we reserved for ourselves and our friends in April. Also, there is no safe way to leave the hotel and turn out toward the highway. The egress needs to be addressed.

The room was exactly as pictured. I loved that there was a living room and a separate bedroom area. My kids wanted to watch their own things, so this was a great way to not have to watch cartoons the whole time. We also used the pullout couch, which meant we weren't crowded into the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had to ask for extra towels, blankets, and pillow. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job fixing up the room while we were out for the day, and they never once put the pullout bed back while we stayed. They fixed the bed up for the next night. They also put my daughters toys on the bed so she could easily find them.The breakfast was good and the dining area was a decent size. There was a nice variety of food which is great when you have picky kids like mine. They also leave the room open, after cleaning up breakfast so we were able to get utensils that evening for leftovers we brought from our outings. Our little microwave in the room came in handy for us the whole time.

The doors separating the bedroom and living room were so fragile that we thought that if we touched them, they would break. The glass panels were loose and I was afraid my kids would hurt themselves. We had a rule to not touch the door. It would have been nice to have been able to close the doors without fearing they'd break. The only other drawback was that the housekeeping staff didn't leave the same amount of pillows and towels from one day to the next, so we had to ask for extras every day. Again, the staff was great about it, so it wasn't bad; it was just a little inconvenient to have to ask every day. I understand that they just fix the room as it should be, but 3 towels for a family of 5 isn't gonna work. Other than that, everything was amazing!
