Great room with a sofa sleeper that we moved so that it was in front of the TV. The staff was courteous and professional, and there was always a cold bottle of water in a fridge at the front desk and hot coffee in the breakfast room. I'm typically not a breakfast eater, but the hot breakfast service was worth waking up to, and there were a lot of delicious food choices. The hotel was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I suppose that the only thing I think the hotel could do would be to offer free Netflix. The TV remote has a Netflix button, but psych... you have to either sign up for an account or use your own sign in credentials. Luckily, I had a Netflix account to log in with.

And turn out to be the perfect location for me. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. They allowed me to use the pool since I arrived early. My room was very clean and spacious. The amenities were quite good and I was surprised since it was Best Western rather than five star hotel. The breakfast in the morning was comprehensive with many choices for different needs. In addition, there was a free shuttle to the airport, which was less than five minutes away. I would definitely return.

The pool towels need to be bigger and replaced because they were quite thin and small.

Very polite and tolerant staff. Just a suggestion to the people who manage the brand: get the CCTV images from the moment I was spotted by the staff, with sound, and everything, including the moments after I left expelled by them. Listen to what they talked. My instincts of a reporter would say something sketchy is going on there. Do that, see and listen for yourself, come back to me and we can have a conversation with my lawyer. To the costumers reading this: reconsider.

All went well, from check in to check out. Greeted by Front Clerk Alex, who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in a very sincere way. Explained a few issues to me and directed me where to park based on my room location. Breakfast room clean, well staffed and fine selection of breakfast items. The room itself was clean, comfortable and located exactly right for us. Quiet - no noise leaking through from adjoining rooms.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. For an overnight stay before an early morning flight from ABQ the Best Western Inn is a convenient and reaasonable option, with free shuttle service to the airport.

The price was quite high for a weekend overnight, but in comparison to the other airport hotels it was the most reasonable we could find. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel, but the hotel staff was willing to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to the second floor.

Our room was very clean and organized in a functional way. It contained a flat screen TV, Microwave, Refrigerator, a comfortable bed, a desk, and electronic thermostat. There was free wi-fi that worked well. We were close to an external door close to our parking lot. The included breakfast was awesome, with all the hot foods like scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham, oatmeal, waffles, and normal things like coffee, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal, etc.

This is an old hotel, 2 story, with no elevators. It was built that way. However, it has been well maintained and is comfortable. We only had a small amount of luggage, so this was fine for us. The parking lot is being worked on, so there was somewhat inconvenient parking. We found a space in the back near our room, so no problem. The best thing is that it was inexpensive, compared to other hotels nearby.

We were lucky to find a room available at this hotel as our flight was cancelled last minute and we just wanted a safe place to stay for the night. The staff was wonderful, made sure we were taken care of and made a stressful evening into a downright pleasant experience. We felt safe and the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and free breakfast that was not merely edible but actually quite good. Bravo, well done. Shout out to Leah at check in, who helped us out and got us situated. Free ride on shuttle from/back to the airport was very convenient as well. Much appreciated, would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need safe, comfortable lodging near the airport at a fair price.

There’s only one staff that wasn’t very nice. My friends and I we ordered total of 5 to go breakfast and he was only giving us 3 so I said it’s okay but I saw the other staff providing another couple breakfast and they didn’t even order so I didn’t like that. Is it because of our nationality. 😞

This is our second time here and have booked our third for our visits from California. They are always clean and have a fridge and microwave in each room. Which is great bc we hold our drinks and snacks in there. Breakfast is pretty good and they are always keeping it stocked. Everyone is friendly with a very Quick and easy check in. If you ask in enough time ahead they do try to accommodate you the best they can. Location is close to any place. Easy access. Definitely one of my top choice Hotels.

The staff was fantastic. They made it possible for a quick pick up from the airport. Our flight was delayed and we landed very late. We were very tired and not having to wait for the shuttle made a big difference. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The shuttle took us directly to the car rental facility so we didnt waste time going to the terminal. The hotel was Perfect for a quick stay.
