I am a Best Western reward member, but I booked using Booking.com, so they could not give me the points. BUT, they did upgrade me for no extra charge to an executive suite. It was beautiful, spacious, clean and a living room area in front of the big tv. Towels were large, soft and clean, bed and pillows comvortable. . The room was spottless. Breakfast was excellent, real eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads muffins, oatmeal and all the fixings, juices and coffee. The hot tub and pool are clean and everything was great. I also got a discount at the Village Inn for dinner, because of staying there. Wish I could have stayed longer and will go back.

Nothing...it was perfect.

Great room with a sofa sleeper that we moved so that it was in front of the TV. The staff was courteous and professional, and there was always a cold bottle of water in a fridge at the front desk and hot coffee in the breakfast room. I'm typically not a breakfast eater, but the hot breakfast service was worth waking up to, and there were a lot of delicious food choices. The hotel was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I suppose that the only thing I think the hotel could do would be to offer free Netflix. The TV remote has a Netflix button, but psych... you have to either sign up for an account or use your own sign in credentials. Luckily, I had a Netflix account to log in with.

The bed was very comfortable, and the overall experience was great. I felt safe in the facility and did not worry about my vehicle left in the parking lot. The environment was clean and the staff were very friendly. Thank you.

Everything was fine. I had no issues at this facility and plan to visit again soon. The only thing I didn't like was when I was checking out, another customer complained that she had found a syringe in her room. I am certain that this got taken care of, but this was a bit concerning to hear. Thank you.

Very polite and tolerant staff. Just a suggestion to the people who manage the brand: get the CCTV images from the moment I was spotted by the staff, with sound, and everything, including the moments after I left expelled by them. Listen to what they talked. My instincts of a reporter would say something sketchy is going on there. Do that, see and listen for yourself, come back to me and we can have a conversation with my lawyer. To the costumers reading this: reconsider.

Beautiful room with extremely comfortable bed. The price was extremely nice for the quality of the room. We would definitely stay there again. Lady that checked us in very nice

The breakfast was probably the worst of anywhere we have stayed. Just not very good. Also outside it showed all the things that were available for breakfast but when I asked where the biscuits and gravy were she informed me that was only on the weekend. They should not have had the sign out there at the door showing this was available

And turn out to be the perfect location for me. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. They allowed me to use the pool since I arrived early. My room was very clean and spacious. The amenities were quite good and I was surprised since it was Best Western rather than five star hotel. The breakfast in the morning was comprehensive with many choices for different needs. In addition, there was a free shuttle to the airport, which was less than five minutes away. I would definitely return.

The pool towels need to be bigger and replaced because they were quite thin and small.

All went well, from check in to check out. Greeted by Front Clerk Alex, who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in a very sincere way. Explained a few issues to me and directed me where to park based on my room location. Breakfast room clean, well staffed and fine selection of breakfast items. The room itself was clean, comfortable and located exactly right for us. Quiet - no noise leaking through from adjoining rooms.

NADA - Everything superb!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. For an overnight stay before an early morning flight from ABQ the Best Western Inn is a convenient and reaasonable option, with free shuttle service to the airport.

The price was quite high for a weekend overnight, but in comparison to the other airport hotels it was the most reasonable we could find. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel, but the hotel staff was willing to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to the second floor.

Our room was very clean and organized in a functional way. It contained a flat screen TV, Microwave, Refrigerator, a comfortable bed, a desk, and electronic thermostat. There was free wi-fi that worked well. We were close to an external door close to our parking lot. The included breakfast was awesome, with all the hot foods like scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham, oatmeal, waffles, and normal things like coffee, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal, etc.

This is an old hotel, 2 story, with no elevators. It was built that way. However, it has been well maintained and is comfortable. We only had a small amount of luggage, so this was fine for us. The parking lot is being worked on, so there was somewhat inconvenient parking. We found a space in the back near our room, so no problem. The best thing is that it was inexpensive, compared to other hotels nearby.

The Best Western Airport Hotel had the best staff I have come across in a long time. They were well trained, well informed, thoughtful and really made the stay exceptional. The location is also less than five minutes away from the airport and the hotel offers shuttle service, which makes it incredibly convenient and travel less painful. And it was nice to have a full well-balanced breakfast to start the day and have it included in the reservation.
