This is an older hotel that has been perfectly maintained. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, etc. The pool is excellent, the rooms were spotless, the beds were beyond comfortable and it doesn't give you that "hotel" feel. There is a bar downstairs and restaurant with beautiful venue rooms for meetings, weddings, etc. There is tons of outdoor seating near the pool and bar as well and they even had an outdoor Jenga game set up. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

the location was good.

the guest services were poor. the half and half for coffee in the room was more than 7 months out of date. we rang the desk to get this replaced and after 3 calls to follow up being put on hold for an extra ordinary amount of time and not being picked we went to the desk to complain. a staff member was sent to our room with replacement half and half. THIS WAS ALSO OUT OF DATE. Obviously no SAFETY officer for Guest room facilities

location was great, cleaning and restaurant staff were great, the hallways are well cooled.

the pool was freezing and dirty, there were only two inner courtyard doors of the MANY that were keycard accessible whereas the other ones were locked without access, the elevator locations are nightmarish for anyone placed in the far side of the building, the shower head pressure was a lesson in humility.

The location was excellent…. Convenient and centrally located. The outdoor pool was great plus they had lots of outdoor seating. The lobby also had lots of comfortable seating.

We had a room that faced the Main Street and the traffic was loud making it difficult to sleep.

The Sunday brunch as terrible! The worst brunch I’ve had in years! The first night, large dog barked constantly! After we complained to the staff the next morning, they took action. It was very loud every time someone walked down the hallway so they should have corrected the problem sooner!

The restaurant was very convenient and the food and staff were great.

The facility is beginning to show its age. The bathroom was very small and had no exhaust system which got pretty steamy while showering. Also the tub was a little difficult to get into.

Everything was great about our stay. The only thing missing was a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Otherwise, everything was great and the staff were amazing!

The room was very nice, the view was amazing. My husband and I watched the sunset from our balcony. The bathroom was very clean and the bathtub was large. I enjoyed all the extra amenities they had available in the room. Hand lotion, shampoo, etc... They even had room service available, wasn't the greatest food but beat getting out after a long road trip.

The TV didn’t work. Asked to have it fixed and someone was supposed to go while we were out but when we returned it still wasn’t working. Unsure if anyone went or not. Ended up using my laptop to watch streaming apps.

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Food options for dinner didn’t give any choices for kids. Breakfast prices were very high. Room service was not available due to staffing. Needed a few more towels in the room. BUT…overall we enjoyed our stay!
