Had a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable. There was also a pull out couch bed. There was blackout shades, love that. The air conditioner works really well. There's an elevator and access to a luggage cart. I was sleeping so well that I didn't make it down for breakfast lol. The location is good. There's a few homeless people out on the main road. They weren't bothering anyone. The security guard was efficient in keeping guest safe outside and inside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The payment amount was as it stated. Pet friendly as well.

The only thing I didn't like is there was no refrigerator in the room I stayed in. The photos I took were before I checked out. But the room was very clean!

Room size awesome for 5 people, breakfast was good and awesome staff. The staff did their best and I don’t blame the night staff.

I booked a room for 5 people and only had 2 towels in my bathroom and when I called down stairs there were no extras. The couch cushions and mattress to it had blood stains on it. Also no towels in the pool area so we had to walk up to our room soak and wet and had to use one of the bath towels to clean up the floor even though there was only 2 towels in our room. Cleaning people do need to pay a bit more attention to the coaches.

It was perfect: Reasonably priced and conveniently located. Spacious, quiet and clean space with plenty of countertop in bathroom for all our stuff. Big comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Lots of outlets. Cable TV to watch our favorite news. Refrigerator. Microwave. Coffee maker. Warmed up quickly. Parking near the entrance. Very close to stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. Delicious hot breakfast with pancake maker. Thanks!

Very minor but the coffee at the free breakfast at about 7:15 AM was just lukewarm. I didn’t see a microwave to reheat it but might have missed that. Otherwise all was great!

2 weeks ago we stayed here too and had a few little issues. I left a review and maybe coincidental but the one thing I had a small issue with was resolved this trip! We were highly satisfied. Clean bedrooms, pullout sofa bed, and toiletries were available downstairs if not available in the room. My kids were able to hook up their PlayStation to TV. Pool towels were available and the hottub and pool were not crowded. The staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from! My kids loved that there was lemon water and hot tea available throughout the day and night.

The staff, especially Debra were friendly and helpful. The exception was that when I had trouble with the wi-fi the older gentleman at the desk, didn’t know anything about it. No one else was there to help. The room was spacious and lovely. Very comfortable. The television was hard to use. It had 2 remotes. The coffeemaker needs to be replaced with a better model.

See above. Also, no green space for my dog. The outside appearance needs to improve.

No concerns to report about the breakfast. The helper did his job. Made sure everything was refilled in a timely manner. He did great. I didn't get his name, but he may have been early 20's black male. The front desk clerk, I think her name was Sonia, was very helpful with getting me settled in. If you got a room on the 3rd floor the elevator only went to the 2nd floor & you had to take the stairs & she explained that to everyone coming in. She was able to place me on the 2nd floor. The hot tub was not working, which she did inform us at check-in. Which we didn't use, but she did inform us. The rooms were clean, once checked in the house keeper came to the room to check to see if it was okay. Didn't get her name, but she was very friendly. I did have to call the front desk due to loud music which sounded like a party & within 2mins the problem was taken care of. Overall I had a good stay & would return.

The shower curtain in the bathroom was to small & didn't close all the way.

the room was large and mostly remodeled. many rooms don't have enough electrical outlets but this one had 10+(almost ridiculous)

LOCATION. WalMart breakfast foods not a food service provider. Nice new room, same rusty bathtub/faucet. No luggage carts available - said they keep getting stolen in that neighborhood. Also said (frequent) guests take the one and only luggage cart to their room and keep it overnight so they'll have one to use in the morning.

Hotel was convenient to my travel itinerary. and on check in Chantel was very helpful with my needs. the room was clean and comfortable. I couldn't get the TV to work, and she came up and reset the cable box.

The Jacuzzi tub's jets were dirty looking. the two remotes for the TV and cable were not intuitive. I had problems with the sequence to turn on and channel control being on one and volume being on the other. Breakfast was disappointing. pancake maker was down and French toast sticks were not good.

Breakfast was very good. It was just what we wanted.

The outside is all gravel. We brought a dog and she did not like walking on it. We wish they had a special grassy pad for our dog like several other hotels/motels do. Some guests are rather discourteous in that they do not clean up after their dog but that reflects on the customer not the motel staff.

Location was perfect!

The bed was off the rail in one side and I didn’t notice it, I hit the rail sticking out and put a gash in my ankle. The desk person was awesome tho, offering me a way to clean up and bandage. The hotel maintenance came shortly after and fixed the bed situation. Breakfast was very lean, tho what was served was great.
