Staff was amazing. I had an issue with the hideabed and they got it taken care of. Breakfast was great, rooms are really nice and spacious. Enjoyed the fire place, it's a nice touch.

House keeping could do a little better job paying attention to detail. Making sure head boards, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, panel doors and air vents are wiped down and dust free.

I didn’t get the breakfast

Sonesta extended suites is a nice place to stay rooms were clean and well kept. However, the front desk staff was not very pleasant or friendly when I checked in or when I went into extend my stay due to medical issues I went in on the weekend to the office and again different staff. We’re not very friendly or interested in anything I may need.. I did notice while waiting in line to extend my stay that the Front Desk staff seem friendlier to white customers then to Hispanic and Asian customers that were in line with me.

The homeless man in the hot tub that was drinking a whole bottle of vodka, told us he was staying in the pool all day waiting for someone to drop a key to find a bed he could sleep in that night and would not leave us alone for even a minute to spend time with our son who we drove seven hours to see who is a student at UNM. We literally couldn’t get away from him or even hold a conversation with our son because this man was up in our face the whole time and drunk and loud.

I like the fireplace but had to buy wood the bed was comfortable and it was very spacious and felt like a home

I didn't like that the spa wasn't working properly no bubbles just heat and the room could of been a little more cleaner and the amenities for the kitchen were nice to have. Breakfast was good could of been a little better because the sign said bacon or sausage and there was only sausage overall had a great time

It is a former Marriott Residence hotel which we had stayed at years ago, so I knew the layout would fit our extended family for the holiday weekend.

Breakfast was substandard. Eggs were not great for first two days, but on the third day they were inedible. Sausages were good. Not much else to eat (unless you like sugared food) except huge English muffins. Automatic toaster was nice. Coffee was very weak. No half and half on third day. There was a loose stairway rail on the staircase to our unit. It was not attached at the top of the landing. My husband reported it but it was not fixed.

See my Google review for more details. It was great for families. Very roomy and spacious. The pool was right outside our room. Room is an understatement, it was like a small apartment. The beds were separated into lower level with a bathroom and an upper level with another bathroom giving lots of privacy. The living area was nice and comfortable to chill with a working fireplace and flat screen television. The lower bedroom has a workstation with a power outlet. Plenty of towels and little extras. There was also security on site. Safety :)

There were some problems like the microwave not working and a crack in the tub. Front desk did offer to bring us a new microwave to use but we declined. The front desk was also notified about the large crack. I didn't like that there was a extra charge for parking. Just include it in the price so I can just pay one time. Or just take CASH!

The staff was very helpful. checking in accommodated my special ada eds from the second floor to the first floor. The room was spacious, very clean. the amenities within the room were more than adequate, They also gave us good suggestions for us to eat dinner as we got in late. The next morning breakfast was delicious. The food was cooked to perfection. The lady that was cooking or prepping the food was polite, friendly and helpful. She to is an asset to your company. The food was hot like you would cook at home. We are from Washington State and in our travels around, this by far was the best hotel in our travels. Thank you

The Luggage cart

Great location for us. Place was very clean and room were spacious. Very comfy bed. Front desk guy, I believe his name was Joeffrey, was super friendly and helpful, as well as the guy who was in charge of the breakfast room.

That they charge an extra fee for parking when there is plenty of parking available and not in a location that needs to charge.

The ladies at check in and check out were very nice and pleasant, which made my stay great from the beginning. The room was clean and our bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was nice and plenty of it. We had an overall great stay.

There was a small incident as we were having breakfast, a homeless man came in trying to help himself to the breakfast. But the young lady at the front desk politely asked him if he was a patrón and he was mumbling something to her but she insisted with the questions and he left with a yogurt in hand. It made alittle uncomfortable but the young lady took care of it, in an efficient way.

full apartment with two beds and two bathrooms is a plus for a family of 5.

Albuquerque is a very dangerous town. I don't know what has happened to Albuquerque but when the North Face salesperson last bit of advice as you leave is to make sure you don't leave anything in your car because they will steal it. not that they may, but they will steal it. Target used to be just a place to go shopping, but now it feels like it's become a demilitarized zone. there are armed guards at the entrance and walking throughout the store.
