They had excellent customer service, they were courteous, the rooms were clean, the amenities were very nice and acceptable, and the continental breakfast added extra flavors and condiments for the region, which is very well appreciated (they had fresh diced green chile available). The staff was very responsive. The room was very well kept and comfortable. Nothing seemed old or stained are foul smells. It was a very nice location, 5 minutes away from where we were doing business and the traffic was not bad at all at anytime of the day. Shopping and restaurants wear close by within the 5 minute radius. The location is also right off of the interstate 25, which just makes it a lot easier to access other places in town if needed.

We honestly did not have any complaints or any issues whatsoever, during our state, we are very grateful and we would definitely stay there again when visiting Albuquerque.

This property is just off I25 and an easy drive to Lovelace Hospital where we had medical issues to attend to. The motel is freshly renovated with attention to detail, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were good especially considering the price. The morning coffee was fresh and strong as I prefer it. The breakfast bar was very good with a good selection of breakfast fare. The pool looked well maintained and inviting but we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it. I highly recommend this establishment.

Though it is pet friendly, the outdoor pet has to be small due to the overall footprint of the motel.

The staff were great Blancha the lady at the front checkin was lovely and very helpful . Naresh also was very helpful . The hotel was very clean the bed extremely comfortable and the area is a bit off the main track but very quiet . Staff again made the stay rating what it is and the bed . I was also allowed to park in a disability spot my car is a rental which did not have my sicker. I wish they had luggage carts though it was very difficult to move my luggage to my room only short side of the the hotel

The breakfast could use some healthier foods like fruit and yogurt .

The staff at check in were pretty nice. There was a line at check in but the staff were pretty nice about it and checked all customers in as quickly as they can. They apologized for the wait and thanked us for being patient. The room was huge and the AC was awesome. The bed was comfortable. The tv was nice a big.

I didn't like the squeaky bath tub. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the tub didn't seem like it was secure, where it made noise as we took our showers. The room smelled like cigarrette smoke from a previous stay.

The carpet and floors were being cleaned when we arrived which was very inconvenient. With the balloon festival occurring, I would think that a better time could have been chosen. Also, requested coffee be prepared earlier than scheduled again due to the early balloon festivities, was given attitude, and told NO

Room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good and well stocked.

The handicap accessible room did not have a closet or clothes hanging area. And there was only a very small sink in the bathroom, no vanity area for a storage only a small shelf.

It was easy to find in albuquerque. It's right off the highway. It was clean. The staff was excellent. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good. It looks like a family run hotel. They were all very nice. Most likely going to book them for the balloon festival.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was super clean, and I loved that it had floors instead of carpet. The free breakfast was great especially the waffles! The price was very good, and they don’t charge for parking. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was large. Lux vinyl flooring instead of carpet felt good underfoot and was cleaner than comparable carpet would have been. For the price, it was good value.

No closet for hanging clothes. Breakfast juices and scrambled eggs were too diluted.

The people working there were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and we liked the shower. The price was excellent for the value received.

It's an older hotel that has been refurbished. We didn't use the pool but it looked a little cloudy.
