The hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle of a noisy area. It is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pillows are the best we've ever experienced when staying at a hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and if we needed a shuttle to take us to a local spot nearby, the service was always available. Netflix or other streaming channels are available and the wifi is excellent. Hamza and his team are fantastic hosts. We would definitely stay here again if we travelled to Phuket.

There is no restaurant facility at the hotel, however there is one nearby. There is construction going on every morning but the noise didn't really bother us. The shower could do with a screen or curtain to stop the bathroom from getting wet but we managed to reduce this by laying towels around the shower. The only other thing is that we stayed in the corner room which has no scenic views when sitting on the balcony. Only the construction area is visible. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It was great value for money, especially at this time of year.

The room I was in felt huge which was so nice! The AC and fan were great too and there was always water topped up and beds made. The pool was lovely and there is always maintenance being done around the place to keep it looking fresh. The staff were also great and helpful :) feels like a little hideaway which was very nice and I felt very safe walking around the area too!

Not even something that I didn’t like but the pool is definitely smaller than it looks in pictures and a little more awkward being right next to the car park and reception but I still enjoyed it and is perfect to cool of! I had an issue with the safe as the people before me had broken it when I asked for it to be fixed they were very attentive and got someone from maintenance to sort it out however I wish this was done before my stay if they knew it was an issue as I was quite paranoid leaving things in my room!! I also think it’s quite out of the way from things but luckily I don’t mind a bit of a walk so it was also fine :) but things to keep in mind.

We've stayed twice here now and loved it both times. The staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke great english. The room was very clean, and was cleaned every day. The pillows, cover and matress were a dream. We loved the abundance of natural light in the room and the spacious balcony, it was wonderful to wake up to. The pool was clean and a good size for the size of the hotel and open 24 hrs. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay so much so that we extended for another 2 nights. We will for sure be returning in the future.

The only slight annoyance was the drain smell that kept coming from the bathroom. And there wasn't much access for food in the hotel, it would have been nice to be able to get breakfast or be a bit more clear on what was offered.

Staff are amazing - super friendly and helpful Scooter hire on site was great. We hired the scooter for our full stay and was so easy to get around. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful, such a great place to relax Everything is spotlessly clean Pool and jacuzzi are lovely Location is good. Even without a scooter you can walk to shops and restaurants and the beach in 10-15 mins We ended up extending our stay as we loved it so much here

We loved our stay at Hill Myna Holiday Park & Cafe. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and accommodating. They made it simple and easy to rent a motorbike during our stay. They also have a shuttle available to take guests to and from places 3km from the hotel. The location is tucked in the neighbourhood and not really walking friendly; therefore, the bike came in handy for us to get around. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers great value for money and the price is reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us.

Good and clean hotel with extremely friendly staff- always helping and organizing. Nice rooms. Good beds. All you need for your stay. Friendly and trustful team. Good for a 2-4 night stay.

Like others mentioned- the hotel is located a bit in the middle of nowhere. You need a car or scooter if you want to be independent. But the hotel offers a great shuttle service. The driver even took me to the next supermarket. And waited to pick me up after. All in all you get where you want. So it’s a good hotel

We had a choice of ordering the breakfast meals from the cafe or cook by ourselves using kitchen facilities and amenities. Menu from the cafe has varied meals, a lot to choose from and everything was delicious and fresh. You even can see how staff preparing your meal. Also any additional requests not included in the menu were gladly accepted by the staff. Location of the hotel is only 5min drive from the beach and hotel always welcome to give free transfer both ways.

Maybe it`s a personal matter but pillows need to be more bigger and suitable for the mattress.
