The hotel is quite ok. Spacious, perfect spa with many options, clean. Very convenient for families with kids, the kids play room and the girls, working there were perfect. The food was delicious. All personnel from reception, restaurant to cleaning ladies were very polite. The town is very pleasant to walk around. The surrounding nature is impressive.

We were not pleased with the smell of cigarettes in the foyer and especially in our room. In the corridor next to our room there was someone smoking all the time. I don't think smoking should be tolerated in a hotel with good reputation. A hanger in the room for wet towels and swimming suits would be handy.

Not great value for the money. Waited for 2.5 h on a check in with 2 small kids. The second day asked for extra money for pool, asked for extra money for a bit later check out. No coffee at breakfast, also had to be paid extra 😀 Kids outdoor pool to small, no animation or slides there. Cold water in outdoor pool. A la cart restorant, poor choice of food, smal portions and too expensive.

The staff was really polite and friendly! I appreciated how kindly they treated us. The food was excellent!

There were a lot of people in the spa and they were loud and rude. I also disliked the fact that there were no rules in the spa.

This hotel is huge, I traveled with my friends and we had a great time. The rooms are not big, but they are comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, with a wide variety of food for everyone. There are plenty of parking spaces, although a lot of guests were present, there was no shortage of parking spaces. The spa area is phenomenal, from the outdoor and indoor pools, through the jacuzzi, salt rooms, saunas and gym, a truly phenomenal experience.

As we rented two rooms, one was really in excellent condition, while the other smelled like sewage from the toilet. The same room had a problem with the faucet, it was not possible to close it. The hotel has two very small elevators, which can fit two people, or one person with a suitcase. As the hotel is very spacious, and has a large capacity of guests it can accommodate, this is something that should be thought about for the future. It was very crowded in the spa area, and only one girl was employed as a waiter and a bartender, so we waited for an hour for coffee and juice. It is important to emphasize that we are really not picky guests, it's just that for that price, everything is expected to be in perfect condition.

Nice and quiet room with spacious and comfy bed. Great view from the terrace, I was enjoying the sound of nature coming from the river and park accross the hotel. The breakfast was very rich. SPA is very big, with many different rooms, including the cold room - my favourite. All in all, everything seems to be prepared in this hotel to the tiniest detail - great work from the hotel staff and management.

I was not super impressed with SPA. The pool inside could be somehow more close to the SPA zone. Also, Jakuzzi is realively small and located on the position where a lot of noise is coming from Jakuzzi into all other SPA areas. Quitness in the SPA could be improved somehow.

Very pleasant and helpful employees, ready to make some extra effort to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are cosy and very clean. Location is good, hotel is surounded with trees, very quiet. Breakfast is excellent! Dinner is not so various as breakfast but it is really ok. The pool and facilities were great, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again ❤️

There is no balcony, it didn't bother us but it would be nice during summer. Animators for the kids in the playroom could be more dedicated.

The staff didn’t explained options for the dinner which caused us using one of the restaurants in the hotel . It was much more expensive than using the block table The restaurant is pretending to have Italian and french kitchen , but unfortunately it has nothing with it . The salad had no dressing , pasta- teliately was not well prepared and has width of 3 centimetres , tuna was overdone and etc.

Staff across the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great, nice selection available. Would be great to add some more fresh fruit options or individual yoghurt pots. The Spa was lovely - highly recommend booking massages!

Was great to have a kettle in the room - would be good to have more than 1 coffee sachet, more sugar and more tea options.

Hotel is located on a great place next to river. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Spa and wellness can fulfill expectations to relax, reset and enjoy. Breakfast has a various choices of food. The room with the terrace is beautiful, the size and cleanliness are at a high level. All praise to the friendly staff from reception to H&B and housekeeping for their effort and kindness. I will come back for sure!

The room with sauna and jacuzzi was awesome, although it was quiet a challenge to book it :) The service and the staff were excellent. The location is also perfect and worth exploring (it's a pity we didn't do it) The cold sauna in SPA was very interesting also. And we liked the welcoming mix of sweets, dry fruits and nuts very much :) But you need to add the option to have a dinner on booking. Why are there only breakfast options?

The spa is quiet small and a bit old. I also think that it requires more cleaning. The hotel stays in the same price category as Tornik and Fruske Terme (Mövenpick), but there are no free drinks in mini-bar. And you can add more tea and coffee packages in the room. I also suggest placing the bathrobes on a bed, not in a wardrobe.
