Location was great. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach. Wonderful bagel/breakfast place and lots of fun ice cream places nearby. Management was superior. We wanted to get into our unit early and they truly accommodated us when they did not have to do so. Management also chased away a pot smoker immediately upon notification of that problem. This is a very family friendly spot with lots of young families. Management ensured that everything was done to make it a great location for families on vacation (we have teens) — Well maintained spotless pool, room immaculate and all staff helpful. Highly recommend.

I didn’t realize that they would provide the basic needs for cooking in the unit until we had already settled in so we planned upon eating out all meals. In retrospect, we could have easily eaten some meals in the unit.

The owner checked us in and recommended a couple of restaurants that she thought we’d find interesting based on our small talk. She also let us keep our car longer in the lot on checkout day since it was not busy while we did some more sight seeing on foot

We could tell the tub was new and it was too bad that the painters did not do a better touch up on the trim. It just made the over all appearance look a bit sloppy. 10 extra minutes to do a good job would have greatly enhanced the look. Picky, but details matter in an older hotel.

the lobby could use a redo, but the rooms where great.

i could hear the people upstairs from me, it was prom week, the lady at the lobby said i could check in late Friday night, so but didn’t arrive until 1:15am, went to open the lobby door it was locked!!!! so my Friday night stay was sleeping in my car with my 2 kids at the WAWA parking lot!! it was the worst night sleep ,,,,,plus i paid for that nights stay on top of it too, all because the lady never told me about the door bell to ring it , there where NO signs - to say hey ring the bell for any late checks in!!! or what have you!! all i have it was ridiculous, she kept ranting about prom kids and adults.

The price is unbeatable. I booked it ahead of time. Cape May Hotels, Motels, Inns are pricier compared to other beach destinations in Northeast but I’ve scored good deal. This is coupled with blocks away from the boardwalk, convention center and eating places. Disclaimer, this is not a luxury hotel but guess what it is decent, clean, friendly staff, with pool, room with kitchenette, spacious and clean rooms.

I booked a room that according to the website it's a pool view room I got the parking lot view the lady at the front desk was very rude when I tried to tell her the type of room I booked I'm not the type of person that like to argue so I just tried to make my vacation the best in despite of the sutuation

My experience was absolutely AMAZING! 💯 From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk was wonderful. Pleasant, inviting, warm, and very helpful. I'm absolutely planning to return to this location in the immediate future because I had such a great experience. 👍 I can't be more pleased that I choose this location for my trip.

The boardwalk was only 2 blocks from the hotel. The rooms looked nice and were neat/clean other than the floor felt sticky so I wore flip-flops inside (but I'm a little bit of a germaphobe).

The walk to the boardwalk was only a couple of blocks but it's at the very end so it's a lot of walking just to get to the good part of the boardwalk and a very long walk to the other end, and of course, you then have to walk all the way back unless you pay for the tram ($5/person). Or pay for the parking lot and even then you are at the far end of the boardwalk away from everything. The coffee was terrible so I bought my own and needed filters, too. The coffee they supply is not good at all and it's in its own filter pouch (like a big tea bag without a string).

Rose was very nice and the other staff were as well. The price I paid via Booking was 30 percent more than the advertised rates the week we went that was not a small amt of money:(

Price was high for 2 night stay. I will not go back to Wildwood, the beachfront is a ridiculously long walk to the water. I like to walk but add a chair, a cooler and snacks to carry and it is painfully long. Port a potty facilities also long walk.

We stayed in the hotel part and the rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach.

The pool wasn’t open yet, however we were there two weeks before Memorial Day weekend. I just wish they would have mentioned that when I booked the room while I was talking to them. The beds were okay for my husband and daughter but I have an extremely bad back so the firmness really hurt my back each morning. The volume on the TV also only went up to a certain point and I could barely hear it over the air conditioner and two kids.

Everything was good. Cant pin point really 1 bad thing.

Parking lot was a bit tighter. Our last night We went out for the night and came back the last spot available we couldn't park in because there was a boat trailer 1 spot over so we had to park on the street.
