The hotel was new, spacious and nice smelling ☺️. The staff was very very nice especially mr Amnar if i remember his name correctly. Very polite and helpful. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was delicious, very good quality of the products except the coffee :/ .

- The coffee its instant coffee! Thats a shame in 2025 when you pay 130€ for 1 night. - The view from our room. We paid extra for a room with balcony to find out after, that the view is on the parking lot but it doesn't matter because is obstructed by the roof of the entrance anyway. There is nothing much to do around but its close to Plitvice Lakes if you have a car.

Our stay at this hotel was an unexpected delight, nestled in an area that carried its own unique history. Let's start with the positives - the room! Oh my, it was spacious, beautiful, and that bed was colossal - even larger than a king! The top-floor rooms were a sheer delight with their soaring ceilings and the magical touch of a skylight. The staff? A definite highlight! Their warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. And don't even get me started on the restaurant dinners - the buttered chicken was an absolute must-try! The modern ambiance and the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel were truly commendable. Plus, being so close to the National Park was a fantastic bonus (the sole reason of our stay).

Now, onto what surprised us - the area surrounding the hotel. It was an unusual juxtaposition. The remote setting harbored numerous abandoned structures marked by the scars of war. In contrast, the hotel stood as a beacon of modernity and comfort amidst this historic landscape. It felt slightly out of place in this setting, yet paradoxically, it was an incredibly welcoming and inviting haven for us. Truth be told, there was nothing inherently negative about the hotel itself; it was a gem in an unexpected location. The contrast between the hotel's modernity and the area's history was intriguing, and while it might have seemed out of place, it somehow added to the hotel's allure.

We had a perfect 2 night stay visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful - they helped up purchase tickets for the national park and gave us advice on the best trail to take. Great breakfast, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very quiet village, so unless you have a car you are unable to get to any restaurants in the area. The nearest ‘town’ is around a 15 minute drive. There is also no swimming pool but looks like this is currently being built which will be nice once completed. This didn’t impact our stay though.

some kind of spa amenities wouldve been great despite a lot of options, the breakfast food isnt that great in several cases. it feels as if the ingredients are mostly low quality. also the coffee machine for breakfast is awful.

This hotel, by far, is one of our favourites travelling around Croatia. We stayed after a full day at Plitvice Lakes. The staff were welcoming and very accomidating. The hotel felt like a slice of heaven. The story behind the hotel was heartwarming, but also what they offered to the local community appeared very gracious. The bed in the room was massive, it was so nice to be able to have a really large bathroom with all amenities. The noise level was low made us feel safe and the staff made us feel rlvery reassured for our onward journey.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. It is a 15-20 min drive to the Plitvice National Park. The lovely lady at the reception helped us about getting to the park, which entrance is better, which route was better to follow, etc. Following her instructions really helped. The breakfast is really good, the dinner is okay. We stayed 2 nights and it is a quiet hotel. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very modern and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good coffee at the bar. Overall, if you are visiting Plitvice National Park, this hotel is a good choice. (if you have a car tho)

More vegetarian food options for dinner could be nice.

Lovely clean modern property very use to plitvice national park. The breakfasts and restaurant food were fantastic. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean with huge beds! Free parking Lovely helpful staff. Loved our stay here.

Nice large rooms with good views of the mountains and forest around. Breakfast was included and hotel was less than a 20min drive to Plitvice.

A bit expensive for the price we paid and breakfast was pretty basic and could have been improved on.

Very good location to visit the wonderfull Plitvice National park. Beautifull hotel, big parking, good breakfast en very friendly staff. A pool would have been nice, but is coming soon.

The only thing we missed a bit was a loung area or a few comfortable seats in the garden (not in front of the hotel) to rest or read.

Clean, spacious and nicely designed rooms. Good variety of breakfast, tasty a la carte food as dinner option. The staff is helpful and friendly, location is great. The toiletries they provided are quality, their gym is cool. Highly recommended

The shower head needs fix in the room we stayed in. Maybe the decoration pillows need a wash/refresh
