It was a small BNB place close to the Plitvices National park - About 5 minutes walking distance to a third entrance, which means you don’t have to pay for parking. You can just leave your car at the hotel and walk to the entrance. You just have to purchase your tickets beforehand to enter the park. The rooms were neat and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice. Eggs were made to order. We had two very nice and friendly staff working very hard in the morning to refill the food on the buffet counter and getting the eggs to the guests. I can see the owners also tried very hard to have nice amenities to the property - indoor sauna, outdoor hot tub, nice outdoor space, and an electric car charging station in the parking lot. We didn’t end up using the hot tub and the sauna as you have to reserve beforehand and there was a charge to use it.

Breakfast started at 7:45am which was a little late considering we wanted to enter the park sooner. During our stay the water heater broke the first night, so most of us had cold showers. It was fixed by midnight but most of us had gone to bed already.

It was definetely a great surprise. We didn´t expect to find such a cozy and comfortable room and facilities in this location. Very charming and comfortable room. Pretty modern, once we did checkin online and everything worked smoothly. Staff also very kind and location perfect, once it is walking distance to park entrance.

A real little surprise when compared to other accommodations in the vicinity of Plitvice Lakes. Beautifully decorated room with all necessary facilities, helpful and unobtrusive staff, excellent breakfast, quiet neighborhood and close to the entrance to the national park. More than enough parking, and a EV charger for those of you who drive electric coffe grinders on wheels. I definitely recommend it.

Well located, very clean, friendly and proactive staff in a quiet area. This was a great choice for visiting the park during the day and resting / relaxing afterwards. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. Overall, this felt like a familiar experience and we would definitely return should we ever make our way there again.

Everything was perfect! Great location - near side entrance to Plitvice lakes, the staff was really friendly and helpful, clean and beautiful rooms, great breakfast, there is also sauna but we did not use it. We got candles as a gift, there were also sweets waiting for us at the entrance of the Villa and some candies on the bed. Really really satisfied 😇

Big compliment to the customer service, and the way the guests received us. It definitely makes the difference being received in a kind and helpful way (e.g. giving hints for the Plitvice Lakes walk). Really Good breakfast also a plus. It has Parking lot. For those with tickets to visit the Plitvice Lakes, there is an entrance within walking distance from the Hotel. The overall quality of the experience was superb.

Great location very close to entrance 3, clean and comfortable. Very attractive building with large bathrooms.

Breakfast. Hot food ( only eggs) was cold,not cooked fresh but kept in a metal pan with a cover over it and candles under it. When we told the staff it was cold nothing was offered. Only tea on offer was fruit flavoured tea. I bought my own tea to breakfast. No complimentary water in the room. Only drinks to be purchased from the mini bar.

Beautiful new chalet style accommodation with great amenities. Gluten free breakfast available, which was a great surprise. It is right outside the “third” gate to waterfalls. Perfect. We also had dinner at Etno next door. Fantastic! It feels a bit out of the way but it’s worth the short drive off main road. Lovely hosts.
