We had a wonderful time. The hosts were amazing. They treated us like friends or visiting relatives, not just customers. The breakfast they provided was outstanding. They greeted each guest immediately when we entered the breakfast room, asked if we would like eggs (including an option for a mushroom omelet one day)made to order. The buffet breakfast was already substantial, with a variety of meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, nuts, and some sweets, as well as coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, kefir, and some fruit and raw vegetables. All were delicious! I ate much more than I usually do, but no problem- the hiking we did made up for any excess calories I took in. Or at least I'd like to think so. The surroundings and nearby famous Plitvice Lakes and waterfalls are gorgeous. While we were enjoying a leisurely breakfast, the hosts asked about our plans for the day, and showed us maps to help us find the nearby lake entrance and provided clear verbal directions. One entrance to the lakes is only a 5-minute walk away through the beautiful forest. By using that entrance, we were able to avoid crowds, even in the peak season because it is near the end of the routes that most visitors use. We are in our late 60's, and we walked 8 miles quite happily through the Plitvice National Park. I'm not sure what heaven looks like, but I think it probably looks a lot like Plitvice. Though most people will probably spend little time in their room because the Plitvice National Park is near, they will enjoy the simple but very beautiful rooms. Ours was upstairs. Ample use of natural wood architectural accents the crisp white paint, and the bedding is very comfortable and pretty. The room was immaculate, and the shower had plenty of warm water. The hosts asked if we needed anything a couple of times, but everything we needed was already in place. There are a couple of lodges that offer excellent dinners to anyone. In short, the Pearl at Plitvice Lakes is Heaven on Earth.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 night stay at this lovely Inn. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! For a smaller establishment I was surprised at all the buffet breakfast options and the fact that they offered fresh made eggs to your liking as well. The beds were comfortable too. I have to say that the absolute BEST thing about it is the location! It was fantastic to walk to a little known smaller entrance to the National Park. We didn't have to drive or pay for parking - just walked 5 minutes to the entrance. Priceless!

This room was beautiful- clean and luxurious. The garden was stunning and although there was an extra charge for hot tub use it was well worth it after a long hike around the lakes! This property was perfectly located right next to a 3rd entrance to the park - we were able to beat the crowds and got fabulous information from our hosts regarding a route to take to get the best views! Lots of other accommodation close by with restaurants to use for dinner. Breakfast was amazing, huge variation all delicious!

It was a small BNB place close to the Plitvices National park - About 5 minutes walking distance to a third entrance, which means you don’t have to pay for parking. You can just leave your car at the hotel and walk to the entrance. You just have to purchase your tickets beforehand to enter the park. The rooms were neat and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice. Eggs were made to order. We had two very nice and friendly staff working very hard in the morning to refill the food on the buffet counter and getting the eggs to the guests. I can see the owners also tried very hard to have nice amenities to the property - indoor sauna, outdoor hot tub, nice outdoor space, and an electric car charging station in the parking lot. We didn’t end up using the hot tub and the sauna as you have to reserve beforehand and there was a charge to use it.

Breakfast started at 7:45am which was a little late considering we wanted to enter the park sooner. During our stay the water heater broke the first night, so most of us had cold showers. It was fixed by midnight but most of us had gone to bed already.

Camila and Brian were very kind and welcoming. The included breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The room was very very clean (and we are very particular about cleanliness) and so much lovely attention to details in the room decor and exterior of the B&B. The shower was also very clean and modern. And the location to get into the park couldn’t be any closer! We loved it here and would stay again. 10 out of 10.

This property was extremely peaceful and beautiful. The location was excellent. Although her room was small, it was very inviting and comfortable. I enjoyed the outdoor space as well. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

It would have been nice if the sauna and hot tub were included in the room fee. Also, we asked for a room to accommodate four, and it was very small, but did have four beds.

Beautiful chalet style house located very near to Plitvice Lake gate 3. Loved the comfy bed and the wonderful breakfast. There was always a home baked option too. Very good hostess made us feel welcome. Loved being able to watch Netflix during the rainy weather. A couple of restaurants near by for evening meals.

The towel rail didn’t work so we couldn’t dry our wet coats. But the hostess dried them for us.

It was definetely a great surprise. We didn´t expect to find such a cozy and comfortable room and facilities in this location. Very charming and comfortable room. Pretty modern, once we did checkin online and everything worked smoothly. Staff also very kind and location perfect, once it is walking distance to park entrance.

A real little surprise when compared to other accommodations in the vicinity of Plitvice Lakes. Beautifully decorated room with all necessary facilities, helpful and unobtrusive staff, excellent breakfast, quiet neighborhood and close to the entrance to the national park. More than enough parking, and a EV charger for those of you who drive electric coffe grinders on wheels. I definitely recommend it.
