Very nice wilderness homey feel. It felt so much cooler here than in Trogir. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was very nice, large comfortable bed. Location great as could easily access Plitvice Park. Staff helped us figure out how to 'do' the park as it can be quite confusing.

No private outdoor space. Lots of benches around, but in the common areas. Bug screens on windows in rough shape, but the climate control in the room was top notch, so didn’t have to open windows. Only two pillows total on bed which was odd (usually get 4). And although we loved the breakfast, we didn't love the dinner. If you don't have a vehicle, there are very limited ( perhaps no other) options for dining close by.

The place was kinda isolated but clean & nice, the resort’s secret viewpoint was a wonderful surprise! clean and nice. Just didn’t expect the restaurant on site to be closed but it’s a good thing the reception staff was very accommodating in helping us order food for delivery in the nearest restaurant. He was friendly, informative & very helpful! The room we stayed in was clean & spacious. A hot tub spa was also offered to us as complimentary. We did not avail but it was a lively gesture! Breakfast in the dining hall was good too!👍🏻

Loved our stay at Fenomen Plitvice! The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing, and excellent location for the national park. About 20 minute walk to P3 entrance (I think the best entrance as between upper and lower lakes), making it really easy to see the best bits of the park without crowds. The lodge was lovely, really nicely decorated and comfy beds. We had really delicious dinners both nights in the restaurant, and the breakfast spread each morning was great too. Really appreciated the use of the sauna and hot tub! Everyone working there was really helpful and friendly, including booking us a taxi to get there from the bus stop. 10/10 experience, loved having a bit of quiet, secluded luxury in the national park

Not a huge dislike, but it would be lovely to have use of sauna and hot tub on each night of the stay, instead of just one visit per stay. Minor point, doesn’t detract at all from our experience

Friendly, happy, hotel we stayed two nights and wished we had stayed for four. Amazing location, good food knowledgable staff.

The cabin for two was perfect for a couple: quiet, private, comfortable, spotless, Zen-like decor, with pretty views from every room. The kitchen was well equipped. The resort grounds are appealing and easy to find your way around. The location is within a 15-min drive to Entrance 1 of Plitvice Jezera. A short hike from the resort allows a beautiful view of the lakes and waterfalls. Breakfast was very good, with eggs and espresso made to order, and a large selection of small pastries, along with cold meats and cheeses. We stayed only one night, as we were on our way to the Dalmatian coast. If there was anything else to see or do besides seeing Plitvice, we would have stayed longer. Plitvice itself was a lovely, well-manicured park, and taking the C-loop at our moderate pace took 3 hours, including a 20-minute lunch break. If you’ve seen Yosemite’s many mighty waterfalls, Plitvice is still worth a visit. It’s almost as if Disney created a dream waterfall park, filled with small fish and a scattering of ducks, and made the multiple cascades and small waterfalls that make so many visitors take photos and wonder at the beauty.

This observation is not so much for the resort staff, but that the service staff do this everywhere in Croatia: they talk loudly amongst themselves. Whether we were dining at a seaside cafe, old town restaurant along a street staircase, a posh, ocean view resort, or a woodsie resort like Fenomen, the wait staff in Croatia talk very loudly with each other. So it is a cultural thing. The only thing a bit louder was the too often loud music with an insistent beat during a meal, though Fenomen had the volume down to an appealing level conducive to dining.

Great location, very friendly staff, restaurant at the territory. You can walk to the park which is very convenient.

In the room for a complimentary drinks there were only 2 cheapest tea bags and 2 Nescafé 3 in 1 coffees. For the room price I would expect capsule coffee machine and at least some more tea bags. The curtain in our bathroom was dirty, which made me feel not so good. We booked a room and restaurant for my birthday and informed the staff, however, nobody gave any attention to this :) We enjoyed the stay, however the devil is in details, and small things make the difference, so I would recommend to pay more attention to them

The resort was a resounding 10 in our estimation. We visited the park the afternoon before we checked in and had a nice dinner at the resort. After our breakfast (good selection)the next day we walked around the property and were amazed at how many view points were scattered around the property to look down into Plivitce Lakes Park. Unbelievable views! This alone made this resort a must stay if in the area. The bedroom accommodations were clean and comfortable.

The peacefulness around us there was very special and I wish we had had more time to enjoy that. In the evening after dinner, the fireflies all around the forest were spectacular and will never be forgotten by our family - make sure you don't go straight to bed and miss this! We also loved the sauna. The breakfast was good and necessary before our day out at the lakes!

The dinner at the restaurant was very disappointing and expensive for what it was - would be good if that could be improved!

The whole area and experience was amazing, the location was great, the staff were more than helpful (the GF forgot her jacket in her room and they called us straight away to inform us) The house itself was very new and looked after! The included breakfast was great too. There's a Jacuzzi and Sauna so that's always great. All in all a great time!

Honestly nothing to complain about, if I had to nitpick I would say that the only downside was having to reserve the Sauna and Jacuzzi in advance. But by doing this you have the house (with the Jacuzzi and Sauna) all to yourself.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Fenomen Plitvice Resort. The grounds are beautiful, with standalone accommodations. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both were wonderful. The check-in and check-out were easy and the staff very friendly and efficient. Nice place to stay when you visit Plitvice National Park.

The road up to Fenomen is narrow, winding and steep in places. It's a little heart-stopping at moments if you're driving and meet another car.
