Close to entrance 3. Staff was excellent. Restaurant was really good although not cheap compared what you experience nearby

Wooden houses are noisy. You can hear all guest coming home and walking up and by in their rooms.

A lot of relax in a beautiful location, good restaurant pleased to cook vegan food even if menu doesn't have vegan options.

There is a small zoo, it would be better if it was a sanctuary or refuge for animals saved from slaughterhouse or others uses. Not many vegan options during breakfast, even if was a special request: missing cookies, briokes or cakes.

The location ofcourse is the most important. Just right down the road from the 3rd gate. The staff was very nice. They will give you tips and routes that you should / shouldn't take , and will.hwlp you avoid the crowds. The room.was nice, rustic, soft bed, hot shower, good soundproofing. The grounds had numerous activities that people could take part in, a petting zoo, kids area, mini golf, tennis and billards / darts. Breakfast was good. Ate enough to power through the day at the lakes. Coffee was a bit bitter though, but it was a multiple choice machine, so it's understandable. Loads of parking, even for.larger vehicles.

Internet, I work online and had to use my phone as a hot spot. The free wifi kept dropping, especially at night when everyone was back in their rooms. But other than that, everything else was amazing.

The staff at reception, Aidan, was very helpful in planning our day and arranging a taxi for us. The staff in the restaurant were also very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the National Park Entrance 3. We have been in many hotels and have found the shower screens or there lack of, leak water onto the floor, however at this hotel the cubicle may appear old fashioned but the water was completely sealed inside the shower cubicle.

We were guests for 4 days and found the al carte and breakfast menu rather limited. There is lack of public transport from the hotel to anywhere. The cost of a taxi from Entrance 1 (which is also a bus stop) to the hotel, which is an 18 min ride cost 30 Euros cash. It cost us 60Euros cash to go to the Tommy Supermarket return. That doesn't leave much for spending. The floors of the rooms and passage creak so loudly that you think someone is walking into your room. Footsteps from the floor above also come through. There is also no sound proofing between rooms. Our toilet seat was also broken.

The receptionist was incredible and so kind to us. He explained absolutely EVERYTHING we needed to know and even gave us a cheeky upgrade to a hot tub room!!

The resteraunt for dinner was expensive but understandable as it is so remote. The biggest issue was we were two of four people in the resteraunt that morneing and were in a slight rush. we asked for 2 hot chocolates and 2 pieces of toast. We got the hot chocolate after 25 minutes and after 40 minutes we simply left because we didnt have time to wait any longer. I was really disappointed by this as you have a LONG day ahead when you are at Plitvice

Lakeside Hotel Plitvice gave us a weekend to remember. Everything was more than perfect <3 The staff are absolutely amazing, they made us feel welcome (and laugh:) from the moment we set foot in the place. The location is deamy, quiet and a short walking distance from the entrence to the Lakes. The important aspect of the hotel for me was wellness and fullfiled all my expectations - the wellness facitilies are comfy and excellently equipped. But the lady doing the massage was the real gold of the package - a total pro, sweet and welcoming, with excellent English! We are coming back 100%!

The room was comfortable and cozy. We had enough space for everything. Breakfasts were always amazing, with a good variety of fruits, veggies, meats, carbs, and even vegan options. The hotel was within walking distance of Plitvice and lovely views over the ravine. The staff were consistently kind and helpful.

The on-site "zoo" was rather depressing. There was a dog kept in a large cage. Considering potential issues with animal welfare, that few guests seemed interested in the zoo, and the large maintenance expenses, we couldn't understand why the hotel would hold onto it.

Great location close to entrance 3 of Plitvice lakes. Super friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Beautiful when there is a snow.

Property needs a bit of refreshment in general, some things should be repaired or replaced after using by guests. The menu in the restaurant is a bit limited when the stay is longer, especially for the children. Some more traditional food known for the area could be served. Wifi is very often not working, being not available, and phone signal is quite bad in general. TV should have Netflix or lore channel than it is the case.

Almost everything! Perfect location near the Plitvice Lakes National Park, spacious room, really engaging personal, beginning with an amazing and always eager to help, protip front desk! Good parking, also for an ev (greenway), casual but really tasty dining with broad selection of local dishes, wines and other drinks.

Breakfast coffee could be served not from the mediocre, but high output low experience coffee maker, but the professional, glistening in background, 4 station, broad, Italian portafilter used from lunch to dinner by well experienced personnel to prepare sensational (!) after-dinner drinks to nicely conclude the whole dining experience

The resort itself was very rustical, nice and quiet. For sure when good weather the place looks very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately we got there when weather was rainy and chill.

The internet connection was zero in the room. No signal at all. The water, which the personnel said is drinkable, should not be used for drinking; its carbonate hardness is very high, therefore not recommended for drinking for long period of time. Also because of this, washing/showering was very difficult; the soap/shampoo is not making any foam, and skin remains sticky. The resort should invest and use a proper water treatment (softening) to make the water usable.
