Room and hotel are modern and stylish which we like, and spotless, and not too formal. The bathroom was very spacious and the walk in shower was totally magic. The restaurant food menu was right up our street, and good value for money. Bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The setting amongst the hills is gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having stayed at other 4*s in Croatia, this easily topped them.

The temperature of the pool was a touch chilly. But hey, there was a pool - fabulous!

The front desk staff was very informative and friendly. We had a spacious family room, which had a nice bathroom with a sun roof. Hotel is modern, cheery and well maintained. Only 10 mins to Plitvice Lake National Park. Breakfast was simple and good enough to start the day.

The hotel restaurant had a nice outdoor ambience, however food was a letdown. Sadly, throughout our 10 days of touring and dining in Croatia, this had to be the worse meal we had. 16 Lakes, please do something about it!

Originally planned to drop our luggage and go to the lakes the same day we landed. Time was tight and when we arrived at the hotel it was too good not to enjoy the relaxing surroundings, wonderful poolside and facilities. Drinks by the pool with gorgeous accommodation. Could not fault this place and we ended up at plitvice lakes next morning fully refreshed. There is a fantastic restaurant just down the road and shops nearby. Highly recommend to book!

Loved the location. It was nicely decorated. We had the family suite. Was very spacious. Breakfast buffet looked really good but we didn’t eat because of time constraint.

They advertised air conditioning but then was told it wasn’t cut on yet for the season. I understand that but I feel should say in advance “air conditioning available between X and X. “ that way people can make an informed decision as to how important air conditioning is to them.

The room was extremely spacious, including a large terrace, so for 4 people we felt extremely comfortable. The beds were excellent too. We ate twice in the restaurant and both the service and the food were outstanding. We reserved the Spa/Jacuzzi area for 2 hours, but the jacuzzi was not hot enough for us to enjoy it and the sauna was too hot. We also had massages which were very relaxing (50eur for 1h). The location is perfect for access to the park Entrance 1. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the different routes to take in the park and where to eat. The best place we stayed on our whole trip to Croatia (and best deal).

We did not really enjoy the jacuzzi/sauna but it is a nice service to offer. Everything else was perfect, we all wished we could have stayed longer.

Modern hotel with a lovely pool and restaurant within the complex. Staff remembered little details and were very helpful. We had two rooms next to each other and a balcony. Very clean and tidy. Would go back again.

The shower had a silly modern half a door so water went all over the bathroom when you took a shower. It was a wet room but could easily be prevented with a slightly bigger door.

Very spacious family room with balcony, perfect for a family of four. Great, modern bathroom was fabulous shower. All very clean. Wonderful pool that never felt busy at all, even though the hotel was full apparently. Very good breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly. In a peaceful quiet location, although only a 5 minute drive from restaurants. In the best place to visit Plitvice (10 minute drive to entrance 1).

- Shame you need to pay and book in advance for the sauna and hot tub - Waiter in the restaurant said we needed to pay for bottled water and couldn't drink the tap water even though we'd spent 10 days in Croatia drinking tap water (thought this was odd)

The property is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with an oversized balcony. The restaurant was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This trip was in May and at this time of year, although it was warm during the day, the hotel had not begun to utilize the air conditioning so it was a bit warm in the room. Thoughts were to open the door to the terrace but this allowed flies and insects to enter the room. The property is still highly recommended.

A very spacious ,clean, well appointed room at a reasonable cost about a 10 min drive from the lakes. The drinks and free snacks at the pool were good as well.

The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better with more continental meats and cheeses. It was mostly only local cheese which is good but not if you want a bit of variety. The dinner in the evening was of a good standard and sizeable portions.
