We LOVED our stay here!! I highly recommend it. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms have a/c and a little mini fridge so everything you could need. The dinner was delicious and very fresh and local food. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. The outside property was lovely to sit and enjoy. Lots of nice chairs and we enjoyed eating dinner outside. Also the park is legit 5 mins away. We recommend getting the 7am tickets. We enjoyed the park for almost 3 hours in the morning with no crowds. It was lovely :) The owner was so warm and welcoming. We really loved our stay!! :)

Fantastic place with an amazing host. Lady, the owner of that hotel was waiting for us even when I've made mistake and ordered room bit too late, cause check-in is till afternoon. Views are astonishing and Park Plitvička Jezera looks like Park Yellowstone or Appalachian forest. Amazing! Driving thru forest to the hotel during late evening gives you impression of beautiful adventure. Hotel itself is very beautiful, spacious free parking next to the building and rooms in rural style are just another beautiful accent. Everything was clean plus we've got a fast internet. Hosts lives next to so if you have some problems, help is nearby. We're highly recommend this place to anyone who loves that kind of ambient.

Good location, near to Plitvička park, room was clean and a very kind host, she gave us some stuff we needed.

On booking the breakfast appear to be available for a certain amount of money. In reality they told us the breakfast wasn't open yet. I understand this, we were off season, but don't offer features you don't have. Because of this we had to go to the nearest market to buy ourselves food for breakfast. And they don't have a "shared kitchen" as described on booking. Probably because off season aswell. However the host gave us the stuff we needed to make some sandwiches and a coffee. 6

Located close to the NP. Great location since near the main road but further back so you don’t hear the noise, very quiet. Welcoming host & son. Able to park outside room. Access via stairs outside an A frame building. Very authentic. It was a cold night, it had been raining but the room was very warm. Angled ceiling roof, but not to knock head!👏👏👏 Had a fridge. Bed comfortable. Lovely window overlooking the hills & fields. Unable to hear other guests when in your room. Outside seating. As reviews before stated they do offer breakfast (not pushy about it, but informative especially since it was a public holiday 30/5) but we brought our own. Highly recommend.

Great option to stay in Plitvice. The room is small but cosy. The staff was realy nice and helpfull.

The walls are realy thight (you can hear every word of your nighbour) Be awear that the national park entrance is 3km away. There is no sidewalk near the Street. You have eighter to go to the park with car or walk on a Street (which is crowded with cars)

We was greated by the owner on arrival who told us where are rooms where and also offered dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price, actually the fish I had was one of the best meals I've had in croatia. The rooms where spacious, clean and very comfortable. Also the location is perfect for visiting plitvice

Great location and a very peaceful place with nice nature views and our room was very very nice. We rented the three bedroom room. Very nice host. Breakfast was also very good with freshly made pancakes.

Internet connection was very poor and there was a smell coming from the toilet. Apart from this everything was perfect.

Very updated and modern. The hosts were so kind and exceptionally accommodating! It was absolutely the cleanest and most comfortable place we stayed during our entire two week trip in Croatia, and I plan on going back. If you are taking public transport, the property from the bus stop is a walk down a winding road without sidewalks or even shoulders. It was fine for me since I have a backpack; however, the guest house was actually very willing to pick us up had I made the plans to do so (I assumed that there would be Uber or Bolt in the town, which, by the way, there isn’t). Again, this inconvenience is easily mitigated by the pick up service by the property… AND THEY’RE SO NICE ABOUT IT!

The landlord was helpful and friendly. We didn’t have a car, but she offered to drive us to the Plitvice Entrance 1 and picked us up after our hike. Also to the bus station, all for 40 euros. The guesthouse’s location was good, there is a restaurant with a 900 m walk. The room has aircon. The bathroom was clean and has a hair dryer. Wifi signal was good. They also offer breakfast.

She was the best host. Though her entire property was fully booked and no rooms available, she managed to find an alternative accomodation with neighboring stay home.. and she drove us back to bus stop in the morning. It was a wonderful experience staying in Plitvice lakes with these people.
