The hotel was new, spacious and nice smelling ☺️. The staff was very very nice especially mr Amnar if i remember his name correctly. Very polite and helpful. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was delicious, very good quality of the products except the coffee :/ .

- The coffee its instant coffee! Thats a shame in 2025 when you pay 130€ for 1 night. - The view from our room. We paid extra for a room with balcony to find out after, that the view is on the parking lot but it doesn't matter because is obstructed by the roof of the entrance anyway. There is nothing much to do around but its close to Plitvice Lakes if you have a car.

Very clean, modern and functional. The staff were professional and extremely cordial. Dinner was a very pleasant surprise, delicious, good value and our waiter was very pleasant and responsive. All in all we felt very welcome. Definitely a great choice when visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park!!!

A bit remote from major highways. Our GPS took us through very remote small roads to reach a major highway. But that may always be the case when visiting Plitvice.

Our stay at this hotel was an unexpected delight, nestled in an area that carried its own unique history. Let's start with the positives - the room! Oh my, it was spacious, beautiful, and that bed was colossal - even larger than a king! The top-floor rooms were a sheer delight with their soaring ceilings and the magical touch of a skylight. The staff? A definite highlight! Their warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. And don't even get me started on the restaurant dinners - the buttered chicken was an absolute must-try! The modern ambiance and the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel were truly commendable. Plus, being so close to the National Park was a fantastic bonus (the sole reason of our stay).

Now, onto what surprised us - the area surrounding the hotel. It was an unusual juxtaposition. The remote setting harbored numerous abandoned structures marked by the scars of war. In contrast, the hotel stood as a beacon of modernity and comfort amidst this historic landscape. It felt slightly out of place in this setting, yet paradoxically, it was an incredibly welcoming and inviting haven for us. Truth be told, there was nothing inherently negative about the hotel itself; it was a gem in an unexpected location. The contrast between the hotel's modernity and the area's history was intriguing, and while it might have seemed out of place, it somehow added to the hotel's allure.

We had a perfect 2 night stay visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful - they helped up purchase tickets for the national park and gave us advice on the best trail to take. Great breakfast, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very quiet village, so unless you have a car you are unable to get to any restaurants in the area. The nearest ‘town’ is around a 15 minute drive. There is also no swimming pool but looks like this is currently being built which will be nice once completed. This didn’t impact our stay though.

Great value hotel, 20 minutes from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Staff super friendly and helpful - we wanted a packed breakfast to take with us for an early start at the national park and one was provided with no hesitation Parking onsite, good breakfast included and very well-priced dinner menu

Rooms are quite good Staff is extremely polite and nice Gym seems okay wide range of choices for breakfast

some kind of spa amenities wouldve been great despite a lot of options, the breakfast food isnt that great in several cases. it feels as if the ingredients are mostly low quality. also the coffee machine for breakfast is awful.

We got an upgrade to a room with a balcony once they knew we were on our honeymoon! The staff is super friendly and polite, the room is spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is just fabulous - the truffled spaghetti is insanely good. 100% recommend it!

The location is optimal for the Plitvice lake visit. Rooms are new and well equipped. Breakfast is varied, and the restaurant has a nice view. There is Zmajska craft beer on tap. Staff is professional and friendly. The best part was swimming pool :)

This hotel, by far, is one of our favourites travelling around Croatia. We stayed after a full day at Plitvice Lakes. The staff were welcoming and very accomidating. The hotel felt like a slice of heaven. The story behind the hotel was heartwarming, but also what they offered to the local community appeared very gracious. The bed in the room was massive, it was so nice to be able to have a really large bathroom with all amenities. The noise level was low made us feel safe and the staff made us feel rlvery reassured for our onward journey.

It was very clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I wished it was within the national park but location wasn’t too bad. 10 min drive from the actual entrance to the national park
