- Hosts were great. Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. - Location. Only 3km from gate 2 into NP. - Property was new and in excellent condition. - Room was "just" large enough to easily accommodate our party of two. - Shower was excellent. Good temperature, pressure, very clean, and large size. - Ample parking space for 4 cars. - Bed and linens were very comfortable. - Perfect for short stay, but we prefer at least a kitchenette for longer stays. - Nightly rate was just inside our threshold for being fair.

- Fridge in room was quite small. - Sign out front would help with identifying property upon arrival. - VERY noisy guests arrived late in afternoon with children. We were patient, but I finally had to tell them to stop the noise after 10pm.

Nice, quiet location with own parking space, a modern room with balcony. Extremely clean room and bathroom, a big garden with tables outside. Family Bosnic are very warm and friendly people and give lots of information about the area, grocery and restaurants. I would highly recommend to choose the breakfast, it should be ordered the previous day. Freshly cooked eggs (omelette or sunny-side up, etc) with bread, local salami and cheese, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, honey, marmalade, cakes, coffee and juice, etc. The perfect place to stay while visiting the Plitvicka Jezera.

There are a lot of choices for places to stay near the National Park. I only picked this one because it looked a bit more modern than others. We were greeted so warmly by the owner. He gave us all kinds of information about the best way to see the park, where to buy snacks, etc. The room was updated, clean and comfortable. Loved it!

The only minor complaints were the wifi was a bit slow and didn’t work for a period of time. Also, it was our fault but there is a breakfast menu in the room and we didn’t understudy we were supposed to order in advance. So the owner was kind enough to make us an espresso but we would have loved a big breakfast before our outing.

Perfect place to spend a night before fruitful day in Plitvize Lake reserve. 5 min by car to entrance 2. Full yard on your own usage. Children will be happy! Probably the closest parking I've ever experienced. Literally 1 m next to terrace. The closest shop with very basic selection in 10 min driving distance. From my perspective the best option is to use host's breakfast proposal for 12 Eu per person. It perfectly charged us before long day in reserve. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. They are based permanently in the same building that make check in procedure very simple.

There were no blinds in living room. It was under repair and should come back soon.

The house owner was very nice, but he closed the windows when it rained and entered the house, even though he did inform us afterward. It would have been better if he had reminded us beforehand when we checked in. Another advantage of this house is that it is only a 5-minute drive from entrance 2 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia, so you don't have to spend much money staying there. It’s a terrific value place.

Although it’s a little away from the entrances to Plitvice Lakes, it was utterly worthwhile for the serene charm of this place. Miso, the host, was wonderful: helpful fun & friendly. This is a happy place and all the guests were smiling and content. Big recommendation.

Not very close to the park entrance, but a short cab ride took care of that. And it was good to be away from the throngs of travellers.

We came in late the first evening due to some problems along the way. Yet, the host waited for us and told us not to worry and not to hurry. He made us very comfortable even before we arrived. When we arrived he was kind, clear and very helpful. We also could get a breakfast and lunch for along the way. We were very happy with all of the service

Everything was superb. Room small but smartly decorated - especially upper level - great attraction for older children. Room and bathroom very clean and looked like brand new. The biggest advantage was the landlord who perfectly takes care about a guests - for example explained in details best plan for seeightseeing the park. Our short stay was great and I recommend lodging.

Close to Plitvice, owner has all the information, he was very kind and gave useful advice. The rooms are extremely clean and are equipped with all that necessary. Beds are comfortable. The house is a step away from the main road, which means you can get a good night sleep.

The host was very nice and explained to us which way to go, what bus and boat take in the Plitvice Lakes National Park and thanks to that we managed to see everything in 3 hours! Parking is near the entrance. The price was low

The room has two floors which is quite interesting but not that comfortable. The stairs are very difficult to climb and the room is quite small but we didn't mind as that's the reason why the price was low
