We had a very good stay at this property in order to visit the Plitvice national park, just 15km away. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great pool to relax in the afternoon after visiting the national park in the morning.

In case you want to book the visit of the park at 7am, just pay attention that breakfast is served from 7:30am which bringing a bit of stress to be at the park before the 8am time limit. The owner kindly started serving breakfast at 7:20am to give us enough time 😀

We stayed here for 1 night to get an early start to visit Plitvice Lakes the following morning. It was perfect for us as a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. Very friendly greeting from the host followed by a much welcomed dip in their pool on site. We stayed in 2 chalets and each one had their own balcony which was nice to sit out and relax. The rooms were both very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is basic but very tasty and perfect for this kind of stopover. It was very wet in the morning and the hosts were very kindly checking their weather apps giving us reassurance that it was due to clear for our trip to the lakes. This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting the lakes...it took us about 7 mins to drive and park at entrance 1 in the morning

Absolutely nothing

We liked everything about the property! Very close to Plitvice, walkable to restaurants (the little bistro to the left as you walk out from Guesthouse Sara was very good and good prices), convenient to stores, gas stations. Comfortable beds. Ivanka, the owner, was great, very friendly!! Good breakfast-she even remembered our cappuccino and espresso order on the second morning! Pool was refreshing!

Such a cozy, clean, and nicely set-up place! The hosts were super friendly and understanding. We arrived pretty late, but they still let the kids have a swim in the pool at night, which was really nice of them. Breakfast was great – the coffee was especially tasty. We’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Great location for families visiting the waterfall park. Easy short drive to the park. Great to go to the park in the morning and enjoy the pool to cool off in the evening. Breakfast was wonderful as well. The room was spacious and the hosts were very friendly. Coffee was very good.

All was lovely!

The location was ideal due to a short drive after a long hike at Plitvice and an easy to find place. After a long day the clean, comfortable and quiet refuge was ideal with three or more restaurants from 500m to 2K, so a short walk or drive. What else could one possibly need. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious.

The place is amazing, well-kept and tidy, Sarah is great and explains everything properly. The location is perfect and very close to everything, including food, a pharmacy and of course the nature reserve. The pool is very fun and most importantly there is an excellent air conditioner in the rooms! The breakfast is also really excellent. Thank you very much for a great stay

We chose this property based on its excellent ratings and great price, and it indeed offered great value for the money. The host was exceptionally welcoming and easygoing. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was impeccably clean and looked just like in the pictures, and the beds were very comfortable. It was cold outside in April, but the room was warm and well-heated.

The location and the apartment were great overall, with more than enough space inside and outside. The fact that it has a pool was a great bonus for the children, and even if we have stayed there only for one day it was more than expected. The cleaning level inside the apartment and overall in the property was amazing. We have opted for the breakfast and we're happy we did so, at it was great, with everything that you needed. The host was helpful and very careful with everyone's needs. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations.

The place is really close to Plitvice lakes, so ideal if you want sleep over the day before or after. The hosts were very kind and nice. Breakfast was plentiful, muesli options, several options for bread, cheese, ham, vegetables, etc. Coffee and cake were also included. The room was spacious and clean.

The main bed was too soft for us for comfortable sleeping.
