Location was perfect for Plitvice Lakes. The owner Branca was super sweet. Bedrooms sparse but neat and immaculate. Breakfast was eggs done anyway you want plus choice of breads, deli meats, yoghurts, cereals, fruits, roasted veggies etc; a decent spread. It was convenient to be able to have a good breakfast without leaving the premises.

WiFi was not that great. Breakfast could be less pricey. Real coffee instead of instant would have been fabulous.

Very modern house near the valley. Scenic surroundings. Not too far from restaurants and shopping. Nice place to relax, and the owner's pet dog is there to entertain you all the time.

t is somewhere between a hotel and an apartment. Usual amenities of an apartment, like access to a washing machine and books, are missing. Essential amenities of a hotel, such as complimentary coffee, a kettle, and water, are also not provided. You have to drive 5 km just to get a coffee in the evening.

Wonderful host. We had nice talk with them talking about life and random stuff. Beside great apartment that is clean and cosy, they made great dinner for us and kids, adjusting to them. Lemon cheesecake is amazing. Really thankful. Accommodation is in pure nature, behind is woods and you can see wild animals like deers. Relly great recommendations for family's and single people. You'll enjoy 100%

The place is located in a small and quiet village with beautiful views, near the Plitvice lakes (20 minutes by car). The host was really friendly and responsive and helped us with what we needed and asked.

The sofa bed felt a little uncomfortable and we think that it's not a sufficient solution for 2 kids (3, 5) because it's too narrow for both of them. Although the breakfast is really nice and tasty, we think the price is too much - A total of 48 Euro for 2 adults and two small children (14 Euro for an adult, which isn't so high, but also 10 Euro per child, which is too expensive, for a small child that hardly eats something).

The property was stunning, amazing views just wished it wasn’t raining when i visited. Quiet, secluded and peaceful. The beauty would really come out in the sun. Thank you to the hosts for dropping me off at the bus station at plitvice .

Felt breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. Unfortunately there was no wifi available( not the owners fault) but still pretty inconvenient, as i was by myself and could only sleep for entertainment. Best to really come up here with a car tbh, i managed with a coach to plitvice and a taxi but the transport cost with breakfast and dinner ended up basically being the price of my one night stay.

We had an amazing 2 nights at Villa Dolina. The place is lovely, super comfortable, just 15 minutes drive from Lake Plitvice park. The hosts are lovely people, Branimir and his mother made us feel like home with homemade breakfast, tips on local restaurants, additional locations to visit and even several secret spots for the best views towards the Plitvice lakes. The village is super calm, with beautiful scenery. We were sorry we had to leave and would love to come back.

The villa is beautiful, very clean, and the room was modern and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We only had dinner since we left early in the morning, but it was absolutely delicious – home-made food and the best home-made bread we’ve ever had.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Beautiful quiet location with a lovely family as hosts. Loved the view over the fields and hills and quietness. Great to have a delicious traditional meal reflective of the local region cooked at the villa.

Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in room. Supplied toiletries could have been better quality.

The owner was incredibly warm and helpful with all sorts of tips about how to enjoy the Plitvice area. She went above and beyond in terms of dying eggs in wine and baking traditional treats for our Easter breakfast. A real highlight was the adorable little dog Dombo!

Branka went out of her way to make us comfortable. The accommodation was just lovely in the most idyllic countryside setting. Everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast was awesome. Home baked bread outstanding. Would highly recommend.
