Beautiful glamping location for peace and quiet, away from the busy cities of Dubrovnik and Split that we had visited. Would love to come back one day and stay in one of the mobile homes by the pool or the treehouse! Room was small and cozy for 2 of us, pillows were very firm and comfortable. We didn’t realize we had a connecting room and the walls and the door between us were paper thin. Having a Studenac Market right there was very convenient as well, water is drinkable at the washing stations. We also discovered the outdoor fitness equipment by the playground. Close to Plitvice Park, they apparently have a shuttle that leaves at 9am and picks up at both 2pm and 5pm back to the resort. We didn’t make use of it as we had different plans, but good to know. Bus stop to Zagreb is right across the street by the Buggy Tours sign, we bought our tickets for Flixbus and it was right on time coming from the Park, you just have to be standing out of the shelter with your luggage so they know to stop. Reception staff was very polite and knowledgeable.

If we would Stay again we would go rent premium house buy pool. The Tree house is attratove but shakes constantly when walking, wofe has motion sickness so this was torture for 2 days for her. Me and children were ok even though you feel like you been on ferry all night. They said it is written in fine print that is shakes , but could not see that. All in all , great place , amazing staff at breakfrear, never book tree house been if you get tricked like us to get it. Just rent houses buy pool, cheaper and better Stay you will habe🙏

My wife and I booked a house near the lake. It was comfortable, quiet, and private. The air conditioning was perfect after a long day exploring Plitvice National Park. Recommend the house NEAR the late over the Lake House because of the added privacy.

Booked this location because of the mythical "entrance 3". As many other reviews have stated, entrance 3 does not exist officially. Speaking with the staff, entrance 3 is opened occasionally when the park is busiest. To me, that means if entrance 3 is open, it's probably too crowded to truly enjoy. Other than the minor inconvenience of driving 9km up the road to entrance 3, this location met all expectations.

I stayed at the hotel for one night only to visit the parks but would have stayed longer if possible. Everything was organized, the swimming pool looked great and the tree houses were dreamy (didn’t stay in one though). Breakfast was really really good, with huge variety and quality - especially great if you are going on a hike.

The room was comfortable even though a little small and since it was on the ground floor, a little dark. You could hear the other guests easily. Everything looked kind of new except for the bathroom, very small, dated and a little challenging. For one night only it wasn’t an issue but would be in a longer stay.

- Danijela was unbelievably kind and helpful!! Deserves a raise at the least for how much she went out of her way to assist us!! - The resort itself was beautiful, and they have the cutest (friendly) kitties that sometimes come around. - Super convenient that there was a restaurant and small snack/grocery store within one (if that) walking minute of the lodge. - We resided in one of the small lodges on the little pond/lake: super cute, spacious, and private!! Absolutely perfect for relaxation and peace/quiet. - Definitely would stay here again!!

- Shower turned cold within six minutes of the water running.. - We arrived during the off-season (tourist-wise) so there were some major hindrances concerning transportation (we did not have a rental car). While it was not impossible to visit the national park, it was more difficult than expected. However, the resort mentioned that they provide shuttles more into the spring/summer! Therefore, just be mindful about when you visit!

Perfect location. The resort is beautiful, carefully planned to retain a natural feel, but with all commodities one could want. Our room in the pavillion was comfy and had everything we need. Lots of facilities and entertainment options. I loved the simplicity of the breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very friendly. There were also friendly kitties on the grounds that chaperoned us around the resort in the evenings! :) This time of year it's perfect for a quiet getaway. Keep in mind that some facilities at the resort are closed, as well as some local field trip options, so if you want more activities in and around the resort, visit when it's warmer.

Had a lovely stay in our comfort mobile home – beds were so comfy, pillows were memory foam, had extra blankets, pillows, and towels – overall super cozy and sparkling clean rooms that had lots of storage for clothing/luggage/toiletries and even a vanity desk with cabinets. The kitchenette also included everything we needed to cook and clean. Loved how convenient it was to buy groceries with the little market up at the front. The entire resort was gorgeous and well maintained.

The only downside is that we were looking forward to using all the amenities listed online, but were disappointed to discover that additional payment was required for most – eg. booking the wellness facilities (sauna/steam room, hot tub, etc – I believe I was quoted $160 Euros for 2 hrs), and even charging to play mini golf on-site. The only free (included) amenity we used was the pool, which was gorgeous and refreshing. I know it's not an "all-inclusive" resort, but paying for facilities by the hour seemed disappointing.

Like most of the reviews here, the matras of the bed (in the cabin) it feels like you are sleeping on springs. You can feel them trough the matrass, even if you lay on the blanket and extra towels.. Also, i find that you had to pay 5€ for using the pool seats absurd. you already pay alot to stay in those cabins and you have to pay 5€ for a wooden seat at the pool. The cabin by the lake is mostly a cabin by a pool of 30cm deep with a robot who was cleaning for 2 straight days.

Everything! The grounds and rooms were so clean. The maintenance staff were out there every morning wiping down the furniture, cleaning the pool, blowing leaves, etc. every detail considered. The pool was nice. The views were great. And we were only 8 mins from the National Park, entrance 1. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The restaurant at the resort was good, they have a breakfast buffet which was not huge but enough (cereals, eggs, meats, cold cuts, fruit, coffee, juice, breads, croissants, etc.) €13pp and half price for kids, free under a certain age, not sure. Lots to do nearby, quads, ropes courses, horseback riding, etc. the resort has flyers at the front desk.

That the mini golf wasn’t included in our stay.

Our stay at the resort was enjoyable thanks to the spacious amenities, well-maintained sports areas, and a great pool. These features really enhanced our experience.

We stayed in the apartments, and unfortunately, the rooms were not well soundproofed. We could hear most of the noises from the neighboring room, including even the sound of their phone notifications, which was a bit disruptive at times.
