Impressively clean and well maintained. Very friendly hosts although the lady didn't speak much English. Room was light, airy and extremely comfortable. AC worked well. Lots of car parking spaces. Rear garden was well appointed with chairs, tables, swing seats with a nice outlook over the meadow and forest. Very handy for the lakes, easy to find and Bistro Antonio just a 5 minute walk away. Food very good here. Breakfast was extra at €10, reasonable choice and freshly cooked omelettes.

Just a small thing, the tea/coffee making facilities in the room had very little choice of tea or coffee.

Perfect location for a trip to the lakes. Easy parking around the house with plenty of space. Nice small extras such as a fridge and a kettle with some tea and honey provided in the room. The host was very accommodating. Tip: we found him in the lower level where the dining area is. They offer breakfast, but we didn't take it as we left early in the morning. The host gave us a nice map of the lakes and some tips for the best route for us. Also gave us recommendations for places we could have dinner at as there is no restaurant at their place. We didn't go to the restaurant just in the next guest house over, as prices seemed too high for us, but there is that option if one doesn't feel like driving 5-10 min to a nearby restaurant.

The shower head holder in the bathroom was broken so my tall husband couldn't put it higher for a more convenient shower. This second one take with a grain of salt as it is a very personal experience, but for me the bed wasn't the most comfortable. I had some stiffness and aches the next day and I think the reason was that the mattress was a bit slanted towards the middle. Also the pillows weren't the best quality, but all in all I think the apartment nails the basic aspect of good affordable accommodation for the area.

An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery, love and peace. The best, loving, warm hosts on every level. I felt very welcome. I recommend this oasis of residence to anyone who wants to feel like they have arrived on their trip. Great location between the two lake doors 1 and 2. Free parking, super nice, clean, new rooms with all the comforts. Very fast internet if required, breakfast available for an additional charge. Great value for money, only 2 km by car to the entrance to lake door 2 and about 5 km by car to door 1 of the lakes. This special place is in my heart and I will come back any time.

The host is highly reliable and waited for me at the accommodation until my flight, which arrived late. He is nice and consistently responds to messages promptly. The room is clean and spacious. 10 minutes walk from the bus stop. 300m walking distance to a restaurant where many tourists having meals.

Great location to stay if you plan to visit Lakes with easy parking. The room was clean and big, it had nice extras like a fridge, kettle, tea, and honey. The accommodating host was really kind and provided a map and tips for the lakes and dining options. Breakfast is available, everything was fresh and tasty.

Very close to entrance #2 at the park... The hosts were so very kind. Smiles on their faces and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Breakfast downstairs if you needed it (extra cost but lovely) Highly recommend for this lovely place.

The weather was cold and wet. But apparently they don't have control of that. 😉

Room was nice clean and comfortable for me. Shower in there was terrific. Owner was very helpful about plitvice park and he gave few good advices about the walking trailes which turned out to be very good. 4 minutes drive to entrance 2 to the park. Had an option for breakfast. View to the forest. A quiet place to sit outside. Free parking on site.

Perfect location for visiting Plitvice National Park! We came by bus from Zadar and the station was just a short walk away. The host was super kind, thank you so much for the recommendations! The room was very cozy! We’re very happy we got the chance to stay here!! 12/10

The hosts were excellent When I left an important item behind they were kind enough to call me after checkout and we arranged for them to send it to my next hotel! They did this the same day, and sent me the tracking information and everything! Incredible! Thank you very much! The accommodation was clean and the garden was beautiful.

The Green Lakes House 2 is superb, the friendly host helps you the best way he can and that is top. The room is perfect, breakfast is delicious. Private parking, Nice relaxing garden with a view, waw. Not too far from the waterfalls.
