A very comfortable and spacious room. Everything is sparkling clean, with brand-new furniture. A huge bonus — the shower. It’s simply amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. They explained everything and gave us great recommendations. Important to note: there isn’t a single shop or kiosk in the village, so keep that in mind! Breakfast and dinner are served at the restaurant connected to the house. Everything is top-notch and absolutely delicious. Dinner costs around €30 per person, which includes a main course, salad, dessert, and soup. Drinks are charged separately.

We liked everything!

Very spacious room and super clean too. All the facilities were very new, with a really nice bathroom. Can't fault the room at all, had the nicest facilities we stayed in Croatia. Bed was really comfortable and big. Staff were all very friendly. There's plenty of space for parking too if you're driving. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was good. In a great location, just over a mile from P3 entrance to the park. If you arrive in the afternoon with a two day ticket, you can do the lower lakes in that afternoon and the upper lakes on the following morning. That way you avoid the crowds!

Our stay here was truly wonderful. The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, and located in a perfect strategic spot — just a few minutes by car from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. It made visiting the park incredibly easy and convenient. The breakfast, offered at an extra charge, was absolutely worth it. It was homemade, delicious, with a wide variety of options, and clearly prepared with love by the hosts. Everything tasted amazing and felt genuinely local and authentic. Milan and his family were fantastic — incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming people who made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. We were very happy with everything and would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much for everything — we only wish we could have stayed longer! The place and its surroundings are truly magical.

very nice clean rooms, welcoming hosts. The gate “C” entrance to the park which you must already have purchased passes to enter is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Villa. if you have a rental car you can also park closer to the entrance on the shoulder of the road etc. this is a nice location for this entrance and we enjoyed our time at the park. one day is more than enough to do the longest walking loop and see 90% of the lakes etc. we had breakfast there which was very nice and good coffee. comfortable beds, nice shower, would recommend

Perfect place to stay to visit Plitvice Lakes National Park. Entrance 3 to the park is just a 15 min walk away, so you dont need to drive (and pay for parking). We took route H which was really good! The accommodation was also comfortable and very clean. It is run by a family and they take pride in providing great service. Just take note to bring enough cash to pay for breakfast and dinner if you would like to eat here. Overall a very good stay!

Beautiful nature surroundings that you can sleep with open window if you choose.Everything is Greener than Green around.Fairly close to the Park Entrance so you can walk if you like. Home made Food they served was very good 👍 Zoran was very kind and delightful to talk to. This is a Family operated business and you can see they all taking Pride in Service ..

The only thing I like to change would be ONE bedspread/cover on our big bed.MAJORITY of places in Croatia has this SEPARATE bedspreads Idea which we don’t like at All. We are older couple but we still like to snuggle together😇

Bathroom was lovely and modern and the room size was nice and big.

We stayed 2 nights and the bedroom wasn’t made up for the second night. It would have just been nice to have the bed made when we arrived back from the national park. The safe wasn’t working which meant we had to take our valuables with us rather than walk around the park without them. It was a little bit hard to find where breakfast was. Some signs might be useful to make it a lot clearer.

Don’t let the remote location deter you. This is a lovely get away. The staff was very friendly spoke great English and quality accommodations were squeaky clean and comfy. It is located within walking distance (mile or less, or you can drive) of spectacular views of the Falls. We didn’t have time to do the formal tour so didn’t buy tickets but we did have excellent views from a trail we discovered than runs above the River.

The meals had a fixed price and were a bit pricey given that the menu/cuisine was average, ie french fries for dinner with no options for substitutes and you had to purchase a bottled beverage separately. You may want to bring your own beverages and snacks.

We stayed two nights. Clean, modern, and quiet rooms with a nice amount of space in a separate building from the reception and dining room. Owner / manager Branka is a delightful and friendly host who met us on arrival and served us breakfast and dinner. She was so nice to us! Dinner was simple but excellent, finished with Branka’s homemade cherry cordial. She also made the delicious preserves served at breakfast. We highly recommend this B&B.

It was a little difficult to find; we recommend arriving while it’s still light out. Also, it’s a bit of a drive to other restaurants on narrow, winding roads.

Both breakfast and dinner were perfect. You can also as for a freshly baked egg if you prefer this. Great rooms with an amazing view. Very helpful family who are running the facility. And location is really excellent, only a 10 minutes walk to the entrance of the Plitvice park. So no need at all to take the car and park. Superrelaxed!!
