This place is just amazing!! First of all, there is a bar and restaurant at the front serving cooling drinks and really good menu which is used by many passers by as well as the guests. Lots of parking so its never a problem. Really lovely service from all involved and lots of choice. The Rooms are amazing! We had a HUGE twin room with efficient aircon, a beautiful bathroom and masses of space and comfort. The cleaners come in every day and make a great job. They are pleasant and helpful. All the decor is top quality, it is secure and stunning. We had a balcony and a view up the hill toward the pool. The pool is very pretty and has lovely panoramic views, a few steps to get there. Reception is up the slope but you can drive/ride/walk there. We got such a lovely welcome from Marko and his Assistant, Lindy. These guys are warm,. informative and friendly, so proud of their hotel! Lindy crossed paths with us numerous times, he made sure we were comfortable and happy, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely top class guy and in fact we loved the place so much my Husband is away touring again on a motorbike and has booked to return in the next few days. Absolutely top marks to these hardworking guys for making our stay just perfect and a special mention to very special Lindy. Its very close to Plitvice lakes and to the beautiful Rastoke and Slunje where we enjoyed visits, about 10km drive. Just excellent. Way exceeded our expectations for the price!

Cant fault it.

A really friendly welcome from staff who genuinely seemed to care that guests had the best possible experience. We were given a guided tour of the facilities and everything was explained. Our room for three was large and comfortable and very clean. The pool was excellent, and never had more than five or six others using it when we were. The location was great, easy to find, and very convenient for Plitvice Lakes National Park entrance 1, which is only about 10 - 15 minutes drive. We can't recommend Tourist Centre Marko highly enough.

Nothing really, but the restaurant had very limited choice for vegetarians. What choice there was, though, was excellent, and we all really enjoyed our food, so don't let this put you off staying.

Lovely and clean hotel. We had a quadruple room, plenty of space, very comfortable, had a small fridge too. . Beautiful location, nice clean free swimming pool. Towels provided free for the pool. Everything was great. There was a Restaurant just below the centre, food was good and you could get coffee to take away in the morning. Brilliant value for money.

Would of been nice to be able to make coffee in the room, though to be fair I didn't ask if we could have use of kettle, another guest did and it was provided so worth to ask if you want one. Other than everything was excellent

The rooms quality is amazing, the staff very friendly and always ready to assist. The location is perfect - 20 minutes drive to Plitvice lakes. After the excursion we were happy to swim in the heated swimming pool, pure luxury. There is also a restaurant with good food, huge portions, and an adventure center on the other side of the road, kids were very happy.

As soon as we booked, received message reminding us to reserve our tickets to Plitvice Lakes. When we arrived, the host shared tips (we followed) on visiting Plitvice Lakes. Warm, welcoming and helpful host.👍🥰 Our rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Recommended friends to stay if they are going to Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Having an electric kettle and cups in the rooms will enhance the comfort of the stay.

I was received like family by the lovely staff. The accomodation smelled wonderfull. They even notified me that it would be best to buy a ticket in advance for the lake. That was very thoughtfull! Location is perfect aswel because you have a nice view and while driving towards the lake you will pass some grocery shops that open at 6:30 in the morning.

The property is wonderful! We are a family of 4 and had two seperate rooms in the area above the restaurant. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and one of them had a huge terrace, which we enjoyed very much. Marko is very helpful and the communication with him was smooth and pleasant. We arrived quite late and he managed to ensure we can get in our rooms easily. The pool is a great addition to the experience! We used it every day after the long Plitvice lakes walks and it was

The restaurant. It's run by different people - I know - but still it would have been nice to be able to use it and not drive for every breakfast and dinner. The value for money ratio is very low, the quality of the food is not good.

Large comfortable rooms with a cozy modern interior. Everything is perfectly clean, new, tastefully selected. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail - a wardrobe, shelves for things, tables, bedside tables. Large comfortable beds - with excellent mattresses and pillows. I really liked the bathroom - it was nice to take a shower. Our room had a huge terrace overlooking the garden and pool. There is beautiful nature in the vicinity. The place is calm, no noise. There is free parking right next to the rooms. At the reception we were given a lot of good advice on visiting attractions. One of the big advantages of this hotel is the restaurant. They cook traditional Croatian dishes, a large selection and reasonable prices. We ate pork and lamb on a spit - it's incredibly delicious!

Everything was great!

Tourist Center Marko provides an experience that is between an apartment and a hotel. It's not very fancy, but we could take 3 hotel rooms for a family of 5 and have all of us enjoy the privacy, large rooms with proper air conditioning for each, paying not much more than we'd pay for an apartment with 3 bedrooms. We liked: * Nice location (20 minutes from Plitvice / Rastoke) * There's a cool swimming pool * Badminton court by the pool (free, ask for a Badminton set at the reception) * Marko and the team were very friendly and provided all we needed, including some unusual requests * The adjacent restaurant is open until 23:00

* Our rooms were on the first floor without an elevator. Marko verified we're OK with that before we checked in, though. * The pool and the reception were up the hill (2-3 minute walk) * Compared to an apartment, there are no cooking options. The adjacent restaurant offers a breakfast buffet only until 10:00 for 13/7 eu per adult/kid under 12.

Great place to stay when you visit the Plitvice lakes but also other activities in the region (kayaking). We had a great reception with the host providing good advice what to do and how to visit the lakes. The rooms we had were spacious, clean and very comfortable

The WiFi did not work due to some bad weather breaking up the cables but at least we had a chance to talk to the kids ;-)
