Great amenities such as pool, gym, bar, and restaurant. Very nice staff and newer rooms and furniture.

Dinner was fantastic. Great service. Buffet was good, but staff could have kept chafing dishes, utensils, and coffee area cleaner. Shower was good but the gasket between glass and tub was missing so we drenched the floor. Little maintenance issues we noticed such as door to bathroom in room 111 doesn't close. Minor things, but a great price and value overall.

Hotel Palcich is situated on good place near the Plitvice lakes (8km to first entarace). The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are big for two persons. The bathrooms are ok with all accessories. The furniture in hotel is little bit strange, whole furniture is maked from wood and personaly looks better. Do not hasitate to stay in this hotel. Personal on reception is patient and will answer all your questions. The restaurant is luxory

Restaurant is little bit expensive but you will buy tasty food. I would recommend to bring small coffee cups (espresso cups) on breakfast :)

It is in a perfect location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is an excellent place to walk after dinner and take good evening photos. We arrived before the 3 p.m. check-in time, and they allowed us to check in the room earlier. That was very nice for us after a long, exhausting drive.

When we arrived, we only had lunch meals there, but we were pretty disappointed in the food quality. I ordered a Burger, but the beef and chicken steak were overcooked. We gave up dining in the hotel for the rest of the time.

Хотелот е одличен, собата средена и нуди услови за целосно опуштање и релаксација. Затворениот базен, џакузито и сауната се одлични, а се вклучени во цената која ја плаќа гостинот за престојувањето. Вработените се доста фини, културни и услужливи, како на рецепција, така и келнерите, односно келнерките. Ивана е одлична келнерка, трпелива, услужлива, умерена и доста пријателски настроена. Храната не е врвна, но е во ред. Топло го препорачувам хотелот.

The staff were lovely. We got a welcome drink which was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub was great to have because it rained when we were there

The first room they gave us had a really noisy A/C so they moved us to another room. That A/C didn’t work at all . Staff said the first room had been reported the day before. It should have been taken out of commission.

Location, breakfast, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were our favourite facilities from the hotel. We enjoyed it so much when we were back from our tours and relax. The lady from the restaurant was always really helpful and nice.

The girl from the reception at the time we arrived wasn't at the front desk, we had to wait for her to come from the back terrace to do our check in, she asked us to tell her if we wanted breakfast in the morning, so we went to reception to confirm we would have breakfast the next morning, she wasn't there again and then again and again.. she was not there even once when we required her. When we checked out, I had an extra bill for around 110 euros, from the night we arrived, we did not have dinner in the hotel but reception wanted to charge me for our staying (the girl did not do it when we checked in) + this bill from a dinner we never had. By mistake they charged me someone's else bill.

Really clean and great location from the National Park. Lovely reception and restaurant staff, incredibly helpful with arranging a packed lunch for at short notice and suggesting a local supermarket that opened early for me. Room was good size, really quiet and great to have the parking

The dinner was not great, pasta was slightly Luke warm when it arrived at my table. But staff were really friendly and attentive. Not a big issue for me personally but the pool area had no water in the container or clean glasses available for me to use. Plus a few towels from previous hotel users still lying around that could have been cleared away.

Fabulous modern, clean hotel, well located for visiting Plitvice NP with excellent facilities and a lovely restaurant and bar. Our room was lovely, large bed, well appointed, spotlessly clean. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar and we had breakfast one morning which had a fabulous selection of hot food, breads, pastries, cheeses and fruit. The weather was changeable so we didn't get to enjoy the terrace but it looked inviting. The location was perfect to drive to the National Park and the surrounding area was picturesque.

Although it was a wonderful room for our stay, our 2nd floor, corner roof room didn't really have a view as such and overlooked/overheard the generator. Not a big deal for us as we didn't spend any time in there but it might be something for others staying longer to consider.

An excellent choice when visiting Plitvice. It is located only 7 km from entrance 1. Staff is professional and helpful. This is a new building, with modern design. Room was clean and spacious. Wellness was small, but wasn't busy at all. Breakfast selection could be bigger, but what they serve was good. Good value for the price.

The menu of the restaurant is not large, but is okay, if you want gastronomic adventure, you can find nice restaurants nearby.
