The pool is really great All the building for shower and toilet super clean Restaurant for breakfast and lunch/dinner quite nice, not too expensive for Croatia and good food. Nice waiter. Small shop just outside the facility. Everything is clean and looks quite brand new actually. The Tipi experience was really nice for the kids despite the fact it rained. Morning in a tipi when it rains is funny for the kids for sure.

We had the luck that it went pretty cold for summer when we went there but I think that tipi when it hits 30°C can be really hot inside. There is a big air conditioning but as it's a small space it could tough to not have the air conditioning directly on us and then get a cold.

The pool is 5 star for sure and the pools themselves are stacked as a great replica of the cascading lakes and waterfalls at the nearby Plitvice Lakes. There’s a pool bar in the water on the lower pool. We stayed in the teepee for one night for a unique experience. While it was fun, you would think that it would be rather cheap to stay in a tent but with 4 people plus a small dog plus taxes etc, it turned out to be one of our most expensive stays of a 17 stay in Croatia and for a tent. They should definitely lower that price but other than that, it was a fun time and again the pool can’t be beat!

The place is just adorable! There are a lot of places for entertainment, chill zones, zones for children - everyone will be able to find something. Nice territory and very clean! All WCs are super clean 😊 In general the hotel has a very good location, just 15 minutes to Plitvice Lakes. There is also a small shop where you can buy the most important. The personnel is very nice.

Everything was good 😊 May be just one small area for improvement: the food in the restaurant sometimes wasn’t really fresh.

Great location for exploring Plitvice and the surrounding areas. The site is really nice and feels so spacious. Our children enjoyed the kids club which included swimming pool focused games as well as movie night. We came across the kids club by chance - maybe purposely to keep numbers down but it is a real selling point.

Kitchen could do with a few extra utensils, vegetable peeler and cheese grater - very small point and did not detract from our enjoyment.

Beautiful glamping location for peace and quiet, away from the busy cities of Dubrovnik and Split that we had visited. Would love to come back one day and stay in one of the mobile homes by the pool or the treehouse! Room was small and cozy for 2 of us, pillows were very firm and comfortable. We didn’t realize we had a connecting room and the walls and the door between us were paper thin. Having a Studenac Market right there was very convenient as well, water is drinkable at the washing stations. We also discovered the outdoor fitness equipment by the playground. Close to Plitvice Park, they apparently have a shuttle that leaves at 9am and picks up at both 2pm and 5pm back to the resort. We didn’t make use of it as we had different plans, but good to know. Bus stop to Zagreb is right across the street by the Buggy Tours sign, we bought our tickets for Flixbus and it was right on time coming from the Park, you just have to be standing out of the shelter with your luggage so they know to stop. Reception staff was very polite and knowledgeable.

Warning - TREE HOUSE SHAKES CONSTANTLY!

If we would Stay again we would go rent premium house buy pool. The Tree house is attratove but shakes constantly when walking, wofe has motion sickness so this was torture for 2 days for her. Me and children were ok even though you feel like you been on ferry all night. They said it is written in fine print that is shakes , but could not see that. All in all , great place , amazing staff at breakfrear, never book tree house been if you get tricked like us to get it. Just rent houses buy pool, cheaper and better Stay you will habe🙏

The resort was super close to the lakes, which is why we booked. The tree houses were very cool, but the whole site looked great. The restaurant food was good value and the staff were very friendly. The gas ran out on our fire pit, but the site staff were great and had fresh gas sorted in under 15 minutes. Shop is also super handy.

It was a little expensive for 2, but accept the tree houses can sleep 6. The tree houses move slightly when you do, so 6 people would be rocking!

My wife and I booked a house near the lake. It was comfortable, quiet, and private. The air conditioning was perfect after a long day exploring Plitvice National Park. Recommend the house NEAR the late over the Lake House because of the added privacy.

Booked this location because of the mythical "entrance 3". As many other reviews have stated, entrance 3 does not exist officially. Speaking with the staff, entrance 3 is opened occasionally when the park is busiest. To me, that means if entrance 3 is open, it's probably too crowded to truly enjoy. Other than the minor inconvenience of driving 9km up the road to entrance 3, this location met all expectations.

Location - very close to a supermarket, restaurant. Very good facilities - we stayed there at the beginning of May and most of facilities were closed (e.g. swimming pool), however I believe that during a summer it is a really cool spot). Check-in time - even though in automatic booking.com message it was written that check-in time is till 7p.m. we were allowed to check-in till 11p.m. (As the reception is being closed to 11pm).

As it is located in the forest, there were some insects.

Everything! Staff were super friendly, the "standard" two room mobile home wasn't massive but finished to a high spec and felt like a proper hotel suite. The whole park was beautifully maintained and spotless, and the swimming pool wouldn't have looked out of place in a proper luxury resort. Even the shower block for campers looked like luxury bathrooms! We're already thinking of coming back next year!

Wish we'd stayed longer!
