Decent size for a Japan Hotel. It has enough space to move around a little bit. Washer and Dryer was very helpful. There was a microwave as well, which was really nice since I enjoyed convenience store meals a lot. Not too close to the station but walking to the station was a good exercise. The staff also assisted in receiving my luggage from my previous hotel in Osaka and sending it as well to my next hotel in Tokyo (Yamato Service). Decent breakfast buffet spread. Coffee and Softdrinks are also available for a certain time each day.

This hotel has one of the best amenities; public bath, manga reading lounge, massage chairs, gaming area and on top of that, a special room for Model kit enthusiast to build their model kit and paint it! it has freaking air brush tools for you to play around! After touring around Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, I definitely needed my rest and stumbled upon this hidden gem hotel! totally recommend travelers to stay at this hotel and visit Shizuoka for relaxing environment.

Apart from the location, Not much to be honest. Even the location is not a deal breaker. it is about 18 minutes walk from Shizuoka station. If you know your way around Shizuoka station and the exit. it is pretty easy to reach. TIPS: Recommend to look out for the Shizuoka civic center exit to reach the hotel quicker! don't follow google map.

Although the room was small, there was a nice dining room to hang out in that offered free soft drinks and shaved ice. There was some food provided but did not partake. The location was good with restaurants and stores close by and a 100 yen store right next door which was very convenient and fun to shop. Not far from the station which offered great food at very reasonable prices. Towels were changed every day but you needed to bring your room towel to the onsen so could have used one more towel. On the same floor as the onsen there was a lounge with comfortable chairs and some free foot massagers. Overall a great value for the money!

The room was quite small making it difficult to open luggage even though we just had carry on. The bed was way too hard for our taste as well as the pillows. They did however provide us with two additional softer pillows.

very good hotel, has even public bath! about 10 minutes walk to the station, via the city center, many restaurants around. Breakfast was very good as well. would stay again, no issues!

It has a gamer / GUNPLA vibe. I’m a gamer with some side interest in GUNPLA. It has a full on retro room with working games you could just pick up and play. They were very sincere with their selection and the picks they had were all in line with what an old-timer like me who grew up looking at these games liked. It also has a relatively nice big bath that is quite well maintained.

For the price it is understandable, just that accessing this hotel does require more leg power. So it doesn’t seem that convenient if, say, I want to bring my parents here. (I haven’t tried the local taxis and don’t know how much they cost)

The amenities were wonderful and it was very clean. The area is also great, the location is very close to a lot of things that are interesting to visit, eat, shop, etc.

The location is way too far from the station. It was raining super hard which made it even more painful. The rooms are also extremely small for two people, you have no space for both luggage and another body to be in there.

Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location not too far from the station. Good breakfast. The public bath and lounge, including a retro game corner, were very relaxing. Very good value for money.

The air conditioner in the room kept changing its settings automatically. A wider range of fresh fruit and veg at breakfast would be nice.

The property was in a great location - a lot of restaurants close by and about 15 minute walk to the train station. The lounge on 9F was nice. The free drinks in the lobby were nice to come back to after a long day. Laundry machines were available and easy to use - the dryer did take a long time to dry the clothes though. The room was sufficient for 2 people, but it was a bit small.

You can tell immediately that it is a brand-new hotel. It has a public bath available if you fancy that. On the same floor, a resting area with recliners is located, where you can spend some time relaxing after the bath waiting for your partner. Minor detail: the room key has a wooden design, which is a fantastic touch to the overall nature theme of the hotel. The breakfast hall is vast and is open outside the breakfast hours (breakfast contains local dishes, and I highly recommend trying it). There, you can enjoy a working space + free coffee and tea. We also got some discounts for restaurants around the hotel, and we used this option for dinner. The street the hotel is located on is very picturesque, and we also enjoyed strolls in the neighborhood. The castle is within walking distance, as well as some shrines.

It is not so close to the station, but I prefer the quiet and secluded area the hotel is located in over the bustle and lively area around the station.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a great location with really friendly helpful staff. We stayed here for a festival at Senpu castle and it was such a lovely wonderful atmosphere

Nothing. Everything was good. Only thing to note is if you are here during the festivals the streets around this hotel is closed so if you have lots of luggages and need a taxi, you will not be able to get one and will have to walk further out to hail a taxi (if there is one)
