The villas where nice and big, all the facilities were available. The buildings are older style building so they have huge living areas. Very close to alll of the towns attractions on the main street. Staff are amazing we really enjoyed out stay

Parking can be a bit hairy if you have a long vehicle. There is a lack of power points due to being old buildings. It has a fridge, but if you wanted to plug your own travel fridge in, or if you have a family heavily supported by a mobile device, a PowerPoint becomes scarce. The bedrooms were too small, our main room barely fit our bags in them we couldn't put them in the wardrobes provided as they are small. Our portacot and baby had to live in the loungeroom due to the lack of space in the bedrooms. It's an old building, and it has the hallmarks of an old building with the layout of the rooms (dont let that persuade you not to stay. it's still a great place)

The location was great. It was in a very convenient location. Need more cleaning supplies in villa.

The only downfall was when the owner approached me as a staff member of the 5 year 12’s we had taken to Kalbarri as a reward. Every day activities were booked abseiling, canoeing, sunset cruise etc. He assumed we was there as schoolies to run amuck!! Assumed that we were there to party and would have boys sneaking around late at night for the girls once they all knew there was girls staying there. Would not listen to a word I had to say..!! Very disappointed and disgusted in those allegations as it really made us feel unwelcomed.

Great location, within walking distance of shops. Nice pool.

Check in had an automated machine which would have been a great system, however, the afternoon sun shines onto the screen making it impossible to read and respond to the prompts. This meant I had to ring the property and someone met us promptly with a key. The wardrobe door is not securely fixed to the frame. Just needs a little maintenance.

The location was perfect and although it was right in the heart of town it was still peaceful. Our villa was behind the front row so we were shielded from traffic noise most of the time. Well positioned for access to cafes and IGA etc.

Maybe because it was raining some of our stay we didn't really have a nice sheltered place to sit outside and relax. However we were able to cross the road to the well maintained grassed area and relax there some of the time.

Spacious unit ,suitable for beach holiday. Clean and easy to book. Pool was well maintained. Very easy access to town and food.Also tourist attraction of Pelican feeding. Stunning sunsets. Not far from gorge walks, via car. Staff were caring and helpful.

Parking was a little awkward for large four wheel drives and utes. Angle parking but required backing out.

This place is a bit older but very clean and tidy. Great water pressure and hot shower although shower could have done with a good scrub with some bleach to get rid of that old, tired look.

If the upstairs unit in front of us had not been there the view would have been quite outstanding. But the glimpses to either side were quite nice to look out on.

Convenient location, it has all the general amenities you would expect. Bright and large bathroom. One extra bed in the living room.

You need to wash all the kitchen cutleries / pots and pans and put them away dry. I would do it, but given it has now become an instruction makes me feel stressed, if I will be charged extra fees if anything occurs. At such, I have refrained from using the kitchen tools.

The room was clean and all necessities were present in room.

Although the facilities were adequate and the room was clean, the room was old and basic. The utilities such as the TV remote was not working correctly and the casing was damaged. It was holiday time however at 340 per night it appeared steep.... minimal information available in room regarding Kalbarri and surrounds. WIFI was limited to 30min which is short in todays electronic world. But understandable!!!

it was exactly what we needed for a short in-between trip to break up our drives. we didn’t have to drive or walk far for many things at all! spacious enough for a small family, all the small amenities we needed! The staff were all so lovely and we had a good chat with a could of different ladies at the desk and everyone was so lovely.

we didn’t not like anything, I think it’s just like anything that’s been around for a while needs a little bit of updating but everything was manageable. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away which was lovely. the floors/grout probably is due for a really deep clean but only noticeable for us as we have a toddler roaming around who was just filthy from the rug and floors within an hour or 2 of arriving. But that was literally all we could fault.

The view from the room was amazing, over looking the beach and pretty sunrises/sunsets. Beds where comfy, room was very clean and spacious. In a great location, in the middle of town on the main strip.

How small the car park is. any big cars in the parking lot make it hard to get in and out as it is very narrow.
