Loved the location. It was perfectly accessible to walk anywhere you needed and literally 2 min walk to pelican feeding. The room had plenty storage and the kitchen facilities were perfect including basic crockery and cutlery. The room itself was more than spacious and had an additional table and chairs as well as a balcony to accommodate all meals. The highlight of this place is the exceptional owners who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Michelle went out of her way to tell us all about things we could do and what she recommended as good activities and places to eat. They always had a smile on their faces and made time to have a little chat every day and make sure we were all ok in our room. We stayed an extra night last minute and so glad we did and they made sure they accommodated us well.

Whilst it didn’t bother us, the upstairs room require you to climb stairs, so could be an issue for someone. The parking out the back was very limited and tight squeeze, however there was extra parking out the front, but this made it very muddy in the rain.

Loved my 2 night stay at The Pelican's nest! Had everything I needed. The host was lovely and took time to recommend the best things to do in Kalbarri. Great cafe (Pelican Cafe) and an ice-cream shop (Milky way) within walking distance. The unit was super clean, even the kettle looked brand new (it's the little things ;))Loved the balcony, nice and quiet, perfect reading spot. Would recommend and I would definitely be back! Oh, almost forgot, you even get a little care package with! Lovely final touch.

Great location. Shops and water front very close. Short walk to enjoy sunset across the ocean and river inlet. Accommodation clean and had all the extras in kitchen to make any cooking activities easy. Coastal decor was lovely. Outdoor shower with surfboard backing was very cool. Gorgeous large BBQ with all utensils and cleaning equipment available and easy to use. Pictures on website don't give this Gorgeous Accommodation justice.

Spacious room and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to be self-contained (unlike the RAC). Fabulous management, friendly, helpful and efficient.... Michelle and Craig are fantastic hosts.

Only feedback would be that the parking is a bit tight, clearly marked out for smaller city cars not SUV's and travelling vehicles.... although I understand that is being worked on.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans Nest. Michelle was so friendly at check in and gave us heaps of useful information. The room was lovely and big, so clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need for your stay. Great location, walkable to the cafes and restaurants and beachfront. Lovely hotel and great value for money.

We were in a downstairs room and our upstairs neighbors were a little noisy however it didn't take away from our stay.

Location was excellent close to all facilities and easy to access cafe and restaurants. Quiet location.

The internet was extremely poor. I couldn’t even load my mail to check my next booking on our trip. I had to use my own data even though internet was listed with a password but it didn’t work.

I will definitely be returning to Pelican’s Nest. The room was large, clean, cool and comfortable and considering I booked for new year’s eve and left it quite late it was a very reasonable price. The lady in the office was very friendly. It’s nice and close to the beach, had a great shower/toilet, great aircon and comfy bed. The vibe of the place is great. 10/10.

Rooms are a nice size very clean with fridge and microwave. I had a nice balcony for the evenings to sit snd relax

When I booked I didn’t know that the building itself was surrounded by parking I thought there was a garden, my error for not reading correctly maybe. More a motel than hotel I would say but very nice

Excellent location just off the main area by the beach. I had an upstairs room, shaded by the trees - very welcome in the heat. A simple room set-up but immaculately clean, large bathroom, very comfy bed. Parking free and right by the apartment blocks. Highly recommended and would go back if I visit Kalbarri again

Location was excellent, only one block from main street and waterfront. Spacious room.Comfy bed. Lovely area outside to sit with a drink.

Need a light over kitchenette sink as quite dark at night. Villa had accessible bathroom, but as we didn't require that part, the shower seemed very large and no place to put toiletries as was just a basin. Was ok, but maybe a shelf would be good.
