everything was just perfect! the facility, the staff, the location. the hotel is close to the beach, just 3 min walk from all the restaurants and bars, everything is new, clean, maintained. The staff was so great! Texted us pre-arrival, arranged us a taxi from the airport, left us free snacks at the room and made sure we’re comfortable during our stay. Simona the manager was amazing, she was available for us all day long, gave us tips where to go and was very kind. The apartment was big, with a pool view, huge balcony, very tidy and well equipped, there’s even an oven if you want to cook instead of eating outside.

Beautiful accommodations! Incredibly clean with comfortable, modern decor. Spacious living areas, bedding and towels were super luxurious, wrap-around deck and deck furniture were incredible. The staff left a beautiful array of snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. It was nice to be able to cook and eat meals in the apartment. There was a dish washer, oven, cook top, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils-- very well stocked kitchen. Having a clothes washer was also key, and we had two drying racks on the deck to hang dry the clothes. The location was fantastic! Close to the beach, the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, but still a quiet neighborhood (except for some construction noise during the day). There was a view of the water in between buildings and the sunsets were epic. The staff were incredibly communicative and helpful and kind. The air-conditioning worked well, which was very important because of the floor to ceiling windows receiving lots of sunlight. The beds were spectacularly comfortable, with a king bed in the master and two twins made into a king bed in the 2nd bedroom. The blackout curtains created a completely dark sleeping environment. The pool area was wonderful, with comfortable padded lounge chairs and umbrellas, play spaces with green grass, and nice changing rooms and WC right next to the pool. Having gated, on-property parking for our rental car was a real plus, along with an elevator. All in all, it was a perfect stay for our family (4 adults and one baby).

The only annoyances were small things like the non-stick pan coatings were scratched due to only having metal cooking utensils. There were not enough electric outlets in the kitchen, bar and dining table area. Salt and pepper shakers had no salt or pepper in them (see? Small things!)

We enjoyed every moment of our 11 night stay at The Palmiers. The hotel is in a great location as it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and coastal promenade but a short distance away (approximately 15 minutes walk) from the touristy harbor area. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with the basics to easily make a home cooked meal. The deck looking over the pool was a highlight especially while drinking our morning coffee. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The wifi connection was a little spotty at times.

The Palmiers has very nice, large and modern rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved how everything is arranged. Enough space and storage space, no suitcase had to be next to the bed. A washing machine is invisibly integrated into the kitchen island - a perfect solution. Just like in a normal apartment, everything is there. We loved the high ceilings and the glass front. When you wake up in the morning, the apartment is bright and friendly. If we travel to Paphos again, we will stay there again!

Unfortunately, the house is on a busy road. Among cars you have trucks drive there, especially in the morning, to serve the surrounding hotels. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. The glas doors are very high (4m) and large. And therefore very heavy. My 90-year-old mother could not open the doors on her own. Unfortunately, the toilet in one of the bathrooms did not flush properly. The staff solved the problem quickly, but it kept occurring. It is more likely an installation or product problem with the manufacturer.

The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The welcome snacks and drinks were a cut above--highly appreciated! The pool was beautifully maintained. The balcony was huge and comfortable. Robe and slippers were provided.

It would have been nice to have some options on pillows, like a feather available on request. The pillows provided were too thick for my personal comfort. There is quite a bit of construction in the area, but it wasn't noisy, just not the most appealing. But we were 2 blocks from the beach so it wasn't a big problem.

Modern and spotlessly clean. Apartment had everything that you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. Staff were amazing and so helpful, communicating via what’s app which was super easy for us. Great little pool area and shower facilities which we used on our last day after check out. Also car park was great and safe for our rental car. Can’t fault anything that was within control of apartments!

Building work taking place opposite property started early on the morning, sometimes before 8am (I like a lie in on holiday) and constant dumping of rubble down plastic shoots was really noisy and spoilt the tranquil vibe. Was also annoying round pool so had to use headphones. Think this may be due to run for a little while yet. Traffic in bedroom near to road was also a little noisy at times but hardly heard anything from other apartments

Stunning apartment with wonderful sliding doors onto both terraces. Great outside furniture, aircon easily controlled and adjustable for each room, excellent showers with plenty of hot water. Super comfy king size bed with quality bedding. Blackout blinds. Bedrooms have full storage facilities and plenty of hangers. Kitchen facilities were great with kettles, toasters and coffee maker. Lots of glasses and crockery. Loads of comfy sunbeds and umbrellas plus pool towels provided They had provided a welcome back with lots of goodies and given us a bottle of prosecco for our wedding anniversary. The staff, Anna and Boris were all really helpful and friendly. Lots of top tips were given on how to make the most of our stay. Location was a 2 min stroll to the seafront promenade with its plentiful restaurants. Great location generally in a fairly quiet area of Paphos. Tbh, we loved our stay! We felt safe and secure, nothing was too much trouble, towels and bedding were changed regularly too. Excellent

Wow! This apartment was truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. - Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean - Fully equipped with everything you could need - Perfect location—just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main promenade - Outstanding service - Pool From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such thoughtful gifts—juices, water, wine, fresh fruit, and - sweets—which instantly made us feel at home. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they provided great recommendations to make our time in Cyprus even more special. If I ever return to Cyprus (which I surely will), I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our expectations have been exeeded. We loved everything. The apartment is very close to everything like restaurants, beaches, supermarkets. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. The staff especially Stefan was extremely helpful and frendly. The transfer was very conveniently organized. Our holiday was on Women's Day and as a very sweet surprise we received beautiful flowers and a delicious cupcake. Also got some complimentary snacks, fruits and drinks which was very nice. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Immaculate large Appartment with touch of luxury. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and linen, great shower and bathroom, enormous lounge and sun terrance facing south with views over the pool. Easy walk (less than 10 mins) to the centre of Paphos harbour. It was so good the only downside Photo of the Appartment are exactly as it is brilliant!

Now this is really petty and tells you how how good the Appartment was … there wasn’t a shelf in the bathroom to put your toilet bag on !
