I had a perfect stay at Fairfield! Very clean hotel with a good room area and decor. It's next to a food court and onsen - which is amazing - and the hotel provides you with a discount to enjoy its warm baths. It is about 15 min drive away from Gujo-Hachiman and 5 min away from a train station ( if you are not by car ). Highlt recommended, one of the best hotels I have been to in Japan with a good price / quality relation.

They don't accept cash, which is a very minor inconvenience

Having stayed at multiple hotels this was the first with a comfortable bed. Room was a good size and clean and modern.

One downside was the centrally controlled AC which was far too warm for my liking. It also only had local tv and no streaming service which is very common in Japan.

A very modern place with lots of parking lots. There's a common space with free coffee and tea, and microwave oven and nice seating area. The room is spacious and well designed.

Quire remote if you don't drive. Walking to dinner also means passing through quiet and not-so-well-lit roads.

While the location is not great, it is accessible by train as it is within walking distance to the train station, and also a few minutes' walk to the onsen and restaurant. I like the quietness and the cleanliness of the hotel.

It will be better if there is free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to nearby ski resorts, shopping mall and Gujo Hachiman.

Love the modern + Japanese minimalist room design. Very clean and new room. There are free coffee/drinks and ice machine at the lobby. There are also vending machines and washing machines for hire. Though they do not have an onsen in the hotel, but they have a public onsen just few minutes walk away. There is also a morning market if you wanna grab a breakfast after checking out.

This hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, we did self drive so a 5 minutes drive would bring us to eateries nearby. This hotel is more for those who do self drive. Room is of reasonable size. Free coffee and tea on the first floor. As we stayed only one night, we did not have time to explore nearby.

Modern design and very comfortable. No breakfast or dinner options at hotel but within walking distance from several restaurants and a 7 Eleven only a short drive away. Super friendly helpful staff. Snacks available for purchase, communal area with coffee machine and microwave. Laundry room also available. Very quiet and plenty of parking available. Great value for money.

only thing to say i didnt like was the fact that there were no windows that could be opened in the room for fresh outside air.

The clean design of the hotel. Complimentary coffee at the hotel lobby. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Try not to arrive too late as it may be difficult to find.

It was a little difficult to find initially. We did two rounds before we could find the place.

The entire hotel smells new. The design of the standard room is refreshing. Bed is most comfortable indeed. I love their big pillows & bathrobes.

It is a 3-Star hotel, so I should not complain about the lack of amenities.
