Excellent food, very good service, we had menu in English and English speaking server, a comfortable service for us. Room was spacious. I was lucky to be alone in Onsen. We will definitely come back.

There is no bed, but bed mat on Tatami. But we knew in advance. we slept very well anyway.

Great Services and staff are very helpful. Luggage’s stored for 2 days after checked out. Just unexpected only one small Onsen but the guests can go to nearby sister hotel for Onsen.

the staff Masa.

they request to charge my kids extra on meals and bedding the day before I arrive. after clarifications, still I only see 3 futon bed when I enter the room. the meal quality is just below average for the price we paid. I have been to Japan over 15 times I think and for this price we could get something much better. the onsen is only 3 meter x 3 meter with two extra one per bath tub. the edge is all natural onsen but the look is really very disappointing.
