Our stay at this hotel was full of memorable moments, especially thanks to the incredible food. Chef Khalid and his amazing team made every meal a treat ,flavorful, fresh, and served with genuine warmth. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. A real highlight was the PK25 Club, where we enjoyed fantastic ocean activities and a beautiful setting by the water. It’s a must-try for anyone looking to mix relaxation with adventure.

On the downside, cleanliness could be improved, and there’s no air conditioning, which is important to keep in mind if visiting during warmer months.

Staff is exceptionnel, very friendly and helpful like a family. Khalid, kitchen manager big up for him, the best. Food was great, Samira with her omelette mornings. All the kitchen staff !, and to not forget the barman and Kawtar, Sofiane all of them they’re love. The evenings shows also are great and entertaining Karaoke 🎤 and belly dancer Bungalows on the peninsula, for a mindful look and calmness.

Bear in mind that Moroccans minimum wage is 300e, and most tourists are in EUR, USD or GBP, so you’re comparing what is incomparable. Moroccans need to have special prices otherwise they’re not welcome! Not all MA can pay these prices. Activities are expensive to do if you’re alone! Also if you want to go somewhere like 10min car or the city center its like 500dh or 660dh which is huge expensive for locals and Moroccan people. Small water bottles in the bungalow, not serving coffee capsules every day just the first one. Some Wifi disruption during the stay, which i had to change my bungalow, not the only one.. Kit surf activities are expensive also, especially for Moroccans !

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The food was delicious, the rooms clean but the bed quite hard and the water was most of the time lukewarm. But they were working on a renovation of the whole facility and it was not finished yet.. There were no chill / sitting areas outside, the acoustics in the restaurant were very bad ( we couldn't hear each other during diner with live performances), the internet connection was pour. We had some great windy days and did a downwinder to the whitedune so we had a couple of great days! The spot is really good to kite!

They didn't tell us about the renovation and that they were not finished. We expected a different place seeing the foto's on Booking..

The hotel is great. We enjoyed a variety of delicious Moroccan meals every day including an occasional bbq/grill. The staff is excellent and very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are clean, nice and practical and are cleaned every day, good shower. The sports centre has all the facilities for kitesurfing and wing foiling and the staff there is knowledgeable and helpful. They keep track of all guests on the water and will come to help when needed. They also offer trips like a downwinder to the White Dune. We really recommend this hotel, we had a great stay!

At high tide, the kitesurf launch spot sometimes had a bit wind shadow from the hotel. Nothing to worry about though as the staff are extremely helpful in such cases.

My friend and I go to PK25 every year and it is a pleasure to see the hotel team remember us and welcome us warmly every year. We like a small-medium size property with attentive service. The bungalows are very comfortable for the area, and the new roof deck is amazing.

The new dining room could be a bit more cosy with zoning / mixing up the furniture. Food remains great no issue there we love Chef Khalid.

a really fantastic view of the ocean 😍, good service, nice and friendly staff, perfect spot for kite surfing directly on the ocean, open buffet with a good food and grill. Rachid from the kite school is an awesome teacher and really kind and flexible, Zaid from the bar is a great barkeeper and always friendly . Chef Khalid 👨‍🍳 is a very talented cook , He tries to prepare good food every day and stays at the open buffet to serve the people and give them good tips. I would like to spend more time in kite Vacation in this hotel.

It would be nice if there is more/big water bottle in the restaurant and on the room , when you book an expensive hotel with all inclusive, you expect enough drink water and should not pay for water. Wi-Fi is not available in the all Hotel , it should be better. actually you should to take some bottles water with you.

I would like to thank the whole staff for treating us like kings during our stay, Barmen Hicham, Zakaria & Ziyed, Waiters Abdellah, Issam and others, huge thanks to the chefs especially Chef Khalid. And also a speacial thanks to the receptionists for their help.We felt like home there, the food was tasty and healthy, we will definitely come back to PK 25

The fact that there is no gym, plus not lots activities to do except the table tennis and pool, and also did not like why they were putting such rule for the driver on our way to Dakhla Attitude, they told him to drive not more than 15 km/h which is quite annoying.

The facilities are great. Nice chalets, good food (also many health options), drinks included. Even with the super early departure they arrange breakfast for you. Very friendly staff.

The safety in the kite school is mediocre. It is good when you take lessons or when you are an advanced kiter, but as an independent progressor, it isn't great. It is also challenging to launch and land with high tide. Wifi is very weak and unstable.

If you go kitesurfing, this is one of the best places to go to. As soon as there’s wind, you can hop on your board from the hotel. The team is flexible and helpful. They are there to make you have a great stay. The rooms are clean and with a view on the lagoon. Good value for money

Sewage smell in some areas (not in the room so minor inconvenience) Kitesurfing class rates are standard and decreasing by blocks of 2h. However, if you take an odd number of hours (below 12), the price doesn’t make sense (difference of 10 euros between 11 and 12h). This isn’t clear at the club so good to keep it in mind.

A great spot, a great Kite/Wing club with friendly staff at the club and at the hotel/restaurant. Bungalows are clean with bay view...and can sleep 4 (who sleep right away after 2 long sessions per day..). Wifi good.

I liked it very much. What could be a little plus would be to have a regular shuttle to town like every hour or so (but at a reasonnable proce..) I would also suggest that when there is an animation, instead of having the singers/music players looking at the restaurant people, , they turn back and do it towards the bar/lounge guests.
