It is nice property and the staff were helpful, room was spacious with privecy

To reach some of the room (I stayed on 302) there was steep road, specially I was with baby trolly, the pool without heater although munnar known with cold weather compared to city. Food was limited with Indian food with limited choices, restaurant staff (some of them) were not helpful and give bad face impression and this started more when my wife complain to restaurant manager about she asked for one Banana for the baby and they take 10 min to bring it from kitchen as if they are cooking it, moreover the rood to the hotel was difficult

This is a clean and modern hotel with great activities (like towel art) all included in the price of the stay, which we didn’t get in any other hotel we stayed in, in India. Everyday at 5PM they offer free tea and coffee with freshly made pakoras which is a lovely little touch. The staff were very friendly and lovely, especially the restaurant staff.

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned which did let the hotel down as it’s not really what we’d expect in a 5* resort. The sun beds were also extremely uncomfortable so you weren’t able to relax on them for a long time.

Everything thing was good. Breakfast spread was very good. Quality of idli and dosa was excellent. Staff is very polite and well behaved. Evening High tea served by hotel was something to look forward. Mr. Raja made our stay memorable. Our room 328 was very well located and it had a balcony with beautiful view. Danith serving High tea was very helpful and always smiling. 24 hour room service was the best feature. Food was very balanced and well prepared. Hotel is scenic and good to visit again.

There is no alcohol served in the hotel. But it did not matter.

Luved the view from the resort, it was so beautiful and the resort as well, is very well maintained.. facilities like pool, recreation center, food - all exceptionally good .. Staff were very patient and very helpful with everything.. rooms were nice, spacious n very comfortable.. The chaai kadai in the evenings and activities arranged were very enjoyable .. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this resort to everyone..

Hmm, they had promised accommodation for the drivers, but it got full due to peak season and we heard the accommodation was also not very comfortable.. May be it need not be mentioned if its not that good .. visitors will arrange for it independently and not be disappointed after reaching ..

The staff was the main plus point. Very warm and helpful. They immediately attended to any requests made. The family villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Nice touch with complimentary tea and snacks in the evening. Having a toddler play area was handy.

The approach roads are miserable, not necessarily the resorts fault. The play area had the most mosquitoes in the whole resort.

The property is really amazing - it was very welcoming, neat and clean, well-maintained and absolutely beautiful. Loved all the decor elements and greenery around. We loved our villa with the pool very much and it was a family hit! All the staff are very polite, courteous and helpful - always ready to help with a smile. The food was very good and we enjoyed all our meals. The activities at the resort were good and engaging. We really felt like we could keep our regular life and stress away while there. We even found the little things like providing hair oil in the toiletry kit as good attention to detail. Hot water was available throughout the day and helped us a lot. Special mention for providing buggy service at request so that elderly people with walking issues can be taken to reception/rooms etc. The tips/suggestions for places to visit were also helpful.

Our suggestion is to have a separate Kids menu section for ala carte so that less spicy and/or smaller portion sized meals can be ordered for children. Another thing we noticed was the A/c in the room would stop and re-engage through the operational time (perhaps we weren't fully aware how to use it).

Everything was nearly perfect. Wish we had a better view not obstructed by the building in front but still loved sitting outside our room. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Great facilities and activities offered. Thoroughly enjoyed the nature walk with the onsite naturist.

For an extremely ecologically aware hotel, they could think of a different way of offering the butter, jam, and marmalade.

The location was excellent, the resort is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable, value for money.

They don't have strict norms for swimming pool. People were going inside the pool with all clothes on and the staff allowed them to do so, which is very unhygienic. Because of that we could use the pool. Food was average too.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are extremely friendly and Courteous . Love the Greenery around due to which we can hear a lot of birds chirping and saw many of them. The rooms are Spacious and food spread was also very good and Tasty. They have a post Box concept to write letters which was very interesting and special as now a days technology has taken over writing letters to near and dear ones. Enjoyed it and was nostalgic. We did post 2 letters and received them within 10days

The only backlog was with Bathroom as it is built in a height and has steps....night one needs to be careful. The shower area is slippery .
