Our stay at Cadillac Munnar was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were treated as part of the family. The balcony rooms offered stunning views and added a cozy touch to our experience. The service and hospitality were exceptional – the staff was not only polite but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment throughout our time there.

Good location with balcony and beautiful view from our room. There is a fruit market round the corner which we enjoyed. Close to the bus station if you want to take bus to Munnar or other towns. There are many good attractions that we could go to from our hotel. From the beginning since we came in the hotel and until we left we felt us very welcomed and relaxed. The staff are genuinely nice and helpful. Ananth who owns the place gave us very good advice on how to go hiking, how to take the bus and helped us as well book a day trip for sightseeing. Ananth was all the time very helpful and a person we could trust, as he placed our welfare as priority, which felt great. The stay was comfortable and good and we ended up extending our stay beyond what was planned. We enjoyed every morning a freshly prepared breakfast at our room and the staff were happy to consider our food preferences. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely stay there at our next trip.

The service quality is exceptionally well. They are so prompt to execute your request be it anything and anytime. Location is mesmerizing. You will find top cloudy ranges of mountain on both sides of the property. We stayed at first floor and it was great view. Its located near city shops where you can find limited but both types of restaurants like veg and non veg. Tea gardens are just few kilometres from here which is good thing because up high near tea gardens, there are no proper shops to buy goods of daily need. Overall nice property.

My Stay at Casillda Munnar was really Excellent and Budjeted. staffs was very much cooperative and helping in nature, Rooms were very clean with Plantation View from top of the terrace was wonderful.Nearest Restaurant and Market available. Breakfast Provided was such a simple Kerala Style good tasty .All and all the Stay was Pleasant Experience.

The Superb Ambiance

It was an affordable hotel for the 3 nights we stayed.

There was no restaurant, we had booked a stay with breakfast included, but there was no restaurant in the hotel. The location was a little obscured.

Casillda is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Guests can enjoy a delightful homestyle breakfast featuring traditional dishes. The rooms are clean and tidy, each equipped with a balcony for added charm.

I had and excellent stay at Casillda Munnar , We got balcony rooms .. well and neat and Spacious clean rooms .. friendly staff and reasonable price . It's located Near Anachal Junction and restaurant and market all walkable distance.. we loved our stay and highly recommend. Thanks

It was one of the most comfortable stay at Munnar, Rooms are clean. The Location and view from balcony and top of floor it was so nice .. staff was so cool you can request at any time .. they have options for all kind of local tour and cab services. over all best experiences
