We had a pleasant stay. Property is well maintained and location is quite good. Staff is very polite, helping and humble. Breakfast was very decent and tasty. Overall i would rate it as value for money as well as a comfortable place to stay in munnar.

Munnar have quite of spider species. We had a 3 N stay. I don't know how a big spider came in our room on 1 N. It 2 am i am glad that i saw that and handled it myself, didn't bother the staff. Overall there was nothing to dislike about property. One thing i would like to add if they can add electric kettles in the rooms, it will be add to comfort of customers.

One among the good resorts I have visited till now. The manager Vimal was really helpful and friendly along with one of the staff Kripadarshan. Well maintained and good location. We stayed at this residence from 21 Jan to 24 Jan 2024. Nice resort, beautifully maintained with plantation. We booked two rooms out of which one room on the front side was exceptionally good and the other one was ok as it was closed with no balcony or open windows. Property is near to the main road.

Nothing much, only thing we missed here was the in house restaurant. Also the breakfast was limited.

Our stay was pleasant, the staff is friendly and its a nice cozy place for family. Its near to hotels and convenient location. Mr. John who was the staff was a very friendly guy and he even helped us to get a cheap jeep safari and also helped us with the local places to visit. The breakfast was also very good. There are some good activities also near by which was very good for our kids.

I liked the service ..the staffs were very polite and they helped in arranging medical supplies or extra requirements, which was really commendable ..

They didn’t have water kettles/heaters in the room which was at first disappointing for me but later when they explained the reason and gave us hot water whenever we needed it was all manageable

Very steep & tiny wooden stairs to reach first floor room. Difficult for persons with knee problems.

nice place! staff were super helpful…my husband wasn’t well for one day and they made sure we had food and looked after us so nicely. also let us hang out in the common area and freshen up before continuing our travel. thanks for a nice stay!

in the night for some reason in our room the sound was carrying from a room above ours, was travelling through our bathroom and creating and echo/talking sounds quite loud in our room…maybe some more insulation in the ceiling to soundproof a bit as this made it hard to sleep on of the nights with chatting guests upstairs. not a huge issue but this is the only thing! other that that had a great stay!

Nice location, Very helpful and polite staff. We liked that they have breakfast and dinner arrangements just right out of your room doors. So room doesn’t get messy and doesn’t smell food.

More electric boards will be good. Because these days people usually have more than 3-4 devices which needs charging.

The Crayons guesthouse is located slightly away from the congested center of Munnar city. It is a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush greenery. The staff made us comfortable and cooked us the most authentic Kerala dinner and breakfast at a super affordable price. They even shared tips on their local area, festivals etc. This place is perfect for your stay in Munnar.

It is a bit steep to get in and out and it is preferable to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with some power for hills and slopes.

The property was put off in a remote location of course away from the center of Munnar. However, definitely offers quite a view and they have done a good job in keeping their front yard all green with various types plants. So yeah, a picturesque property for sure

The food was good however, it was restricted to a particular time window. So you can’t exactly get a room service all the time.

A good no nonsense place. I was given top floor room. It has a big balcony overlooking trees. We enjoyed star gazing from there. Staff is very polite and helpful. They are 11km before Munnar and 3-4 Km from the first tea garden coming from Idukki/Kochi side to Munnar.

They might have to look at a better dinner or lunch arrangement. Some times with kids you may want a more functional kitchen. Rest all of good.
