The staff are very attentive. The food is delicious and very nice to have on site. It is nice to relax by the poolside. It is just over 10km from Munnar where we started our trekking tour so needed a 30 min tuk tuk costing 500 rupees each way for this but we were assisted by hotel staff to arrange any required transport.

Staff was good, the manager Vinu was helpful right from the point we made the booking, he personally called me and asked if we needed any assistance. The location is exquisite, we stayed in room 1009, recommend this room if you like bird watching. Early mornings are best for bird watching from the balcony. The property is located next to various spices plantations and a valley, so they views will always please you. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to all, it's a steal deal at the price they offer.

Nothing as such

We liked all the aspects of our stay there. Our room was large and comfortable. Our dinners and breakfasts were served at the time of our convenience in a very cozy place, external to our room, with a superb view of the mountain range. The large distance to Munnar allows this place, considered at first by us to be a disadvantage, has turned out finally to be an asset. The ride to Munnar is very picturesque and the morning walking to the dam was a pleasure. The hospitality of the staff was exemplary. We plan to return to this place.

It’s not the easiest road to reach the property but after you reach it the landscape is very nice. The resort was clean, the rooms were equipped with everything that we needed and everything was is working condition. All the members of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 for that. Definitely would stay here again.

If I were to find something that can be improved I would say that the menu didn’t offer that many choices for meals but what we ate was very good and nicely plated.

The Staff was very Pleasant to talk to. Mr. Balaji and the reception girl were the sweetest persons to talk to during your stay. Very helpful and willing to go extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Only those few times when I take the photo with staff and share it. A new property with well appointed rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were quite big with a good flat screen TV, Clean bed linen, confy bed, quiet room and a newly appointed hotel with hot water and toiletries. The Wifi was free with good speed and unlimited devices. Helped us quickly share our memories. The breakfast was good, freshly prepared meals, that was delicious and the staff was very quick to take care of the requests. The view from the room was limited but gave the glimpse of Green and clean mountains.

The access road is a bit unexpected with sharp turn which are easy to miss. The access road was bumpy but thats out of Hotel's control.

The staff were most hospitable, Mr Vinu assisted us, starting from confirming our booking to helping with directions. Mr Sudhakar upgraded our room to an excellent family deluxe room with valley views and they also directed us to a local jeep for local sightseeing who went above and beyond to show us the beauty of the place.

The location to reach this property is confusing as google maps suggests a shortcut which is too steep and dangerous for normal cars. Also, the menu doesn't have Maggi.

the owner and staff were really accommodating, the room we had was big and clean and had great views. the beds were so comfortable! they are building a pool and made sure we were far from the noise and comfortable. the breakfast and dinner we had were delicious.

it is a bit far from Munnar so you need a car or scooter. scooter rental is possible but you have to get to Munnar first to get it

The rooms were clean, very comfortable also specious and super clean. and the staff was amazing. Good for family and solo travellers as well.New building and some more new rooms under construction. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The sevice was exceptional as well. I had a wonderful experience at the Munnar Ice Queen Resort. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Especially the Manager and the girl at the reception was courteous ,polite and similng face always.we had some issues one our first day with food served in dinner. Next day they tried their best to rectify it. This shows their hard work to make the guest happy.Thank you! Will recommend to everyone.

Really really friendly and helpful staff, and their services went beyond just the hotel; we forgot some small jewelry and a Kindle at the hotel, and they arranged for it to be delivered all the way in Allapuzha! We’ve never really seen such service before, and I’ll be coming back again here as well as suggesting my friends the property.

Was a very nice stay, we don’t really have anything to complain about.

Friendly staff and big clean rooms with a balcony. Air con and wifi worked well. Lovely scenery. Very limited soft drinks are on offer and we only discovered as we were leaving that the tap water is very thoroughly filtered. Munnar is a very spread out location and the hotel was fairly isolated so we ate at the hotel both nights. Restaurant is pleasant but very characterless. Seems most people must just order room service. The food itself was fine though.
