Staff were fantastic. The hotel was very comfortable & really nice pool area.

The A/C unit in our room was not working properly the first night. Staff acted quickly & it was fixed for the following night.

pool bar/ restaurant was very good . pool was on the cool side great on a sunny day. Breakfast was good and varied, go early as the selection seemed to be greater.

Great views, fab breakfast, close to town to walk for all the restaurants etc, lovely pool area, nice food at the pool bar and good prices. Friendly helpful staff, well kept, very clean room, nice pressure in shower, handy shuttle 5 mins to beach where all the beach bars and clubs are. It’s difficult to get around this part of island to other places without car but if you just want to be based in castellamare which is beautiful, this is the place. Or hire a car.

Bathroom tiles are slippy. Bathroom could be a slightly nicer but this is a very minor thing if I had to name one thing!

There was nothing not to like.

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located just 30 minutes from Palermo Airport. My room was spacious and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with a special shout out to Marco, who was always smiling and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh pastries and plenty of options. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the nearest beach, which is perfect for families with children. The pool is a good size, and the outdoor playground with a trampoline is a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the pool had an issue with pigeons frequently visiting and leaving droppings throughout the day, which made it less enjoyable by the afternoon. Additionally, while the hotel provides towels at the beginning of the stay, they charge £2 per towel if you want to get them washed and replaced. After a week, the towels weren’t smelling great, so I would recommend a different approach to ensure hygiene. The playroom, though a nice idea, lacked fans, making it unbearable in the summer heat. The pool bar also had limited options, as many of the ice creams listed were unavailable, and there were no fresh fruit options, which would have been great for families.

From our arrival to the departure, as we were there for a week, the hotel was wonderful. ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful and all of them spoke very good English. The whole hotel was beautiful, it was kept spotless everyday. The pool was great. The location of the hotel was great too. ALL the facilities at the hotel were just wonderful. The choice at breakfast time was great too and the coffee was perfect. Overall it was PERFECT, and would rate it at 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we are going back again in October.

The staff at this hotel are amazing from the moment you enter the hotel. Isabelle at the front desk was so kind, genuine and very helpful. The pool is amazing and Leo at the pool restaurant played awesome varied music serving food and beverages with kindness and humor. The breakfast is wonderful and begins the day perfectly. The shuttle to the beach is fabulous and Guisseppe, the driver of the cart was very hospitable. We loved this hotel and would definitely book here again. The taxi service to and from the airport arranged by the hotel was easy and they were professional drivers.

Location location location! Castellammare del Golfo! This hotel is excellent for service, facilities, food and location. The staff, the rooms and pool are fantastic. Parking is easy. Transport to and from the beach down the road. Walking distance to the great town for restaurants and shops. Cannot recommend this more highly. The views across the coastline are amazing. I recommend rooms on level 5!!
